A shower valve, bought in 2021 failed in 2026. Britan replaced the failed part free of charge. The communication with their support section was superb.
Soon afterwards, a kitchen monobloc tap (EC SNK EF C) valves were dripping. The replacement valves needed new handles because the spline count on the handles had changed. Bristan told me they'd changed and provide new handles, free of charge. I can think of no other company that has provided me with customer service such as this. Utterly outstanding. Thank you Bristan. I'm using nobody else!

My old bristan was overdue for renewal

My old bristan was overdue for renewal. I got a local plumber to install a new one which I love. Very impressed. Registering the product for guarantee required me using a mirror and phone camera to capture the engraved serial number on the back. I think this could be attached on a tag for easy registering. I had to provide my plumbers invoice as evidence along with the serial number. All good and a great product.

Bristan is the best Bathroom equipment I have come across.

I have contacted Bristan help department on numerous occasions, I have always found them very helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped me with problem solving and required spares. The shower system is well made and easy to maintain.

Having had a problem with a new…

Having had a problem with a new Thermostatic Shower Valve I had bought, I was advised by the supplier to contact Bristan for advice and possible help. So with some trepidation, I rang Bristan and expected to be told that the problem was down to my installation of the shower valve.

But my experience couldn't be more different, what from the help I was given by the lady at Bristan's Help Centre, through to the expertise of the engineer that called to Bristan sent to rectify the fault on the shower fault.

So all in all, I can not praise Bristan and their staff enough for exceptional customer service

Absolutely dreadful company to deal…

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Tap developed a leak so I ordered the spare valve to fix it from Bristan on 9th March. Never arrived despite being told it would take 5 days. Chased up again on 17th March to be told they would send another on next day delivery which also never arrived. I’ve now had to cancel a plumber twice and just ended up buying a new tap (not Bristan). Asked for a refund today amend have been informed that the part is due out to me on 24th March. At this point I just want my money back and to never deal with Bristan ever again

I contacted the customer service team.

I contacted the customer service team regarding a problem with my liquorice tap head button, which had fallen out.
The following morning, I received a replacement for the faulty item.
This prompt and efficient response exemplifies what I consider to be first class service.

Just bought a new Bristan Kitchen mixer…

Just bought a new Bristan Kitchen mixer tap via Amazon. Was fitted yesterday. Looks good but most disappointed that after turning off it dribbles and drips for a while. Having bought this to replace a dripping tap (non Bristan) we hoped it was resolved. But understand from reviews that this is a problem with these easy fit taps.
