Bad service
At first I thought we were treated really well that was until the contract had been signed! We were passed from person to person all say. We weren't told important information we needed until it was too late. We were told our car was ready to drive away however we had to wait almost 5 hours for this to happen. If I could do this again I would never have chosen this company.
After reading the reply to this review I would also like to comment that this review is not at all in any way based on the issue with tyre, it's with the service we received upon buying the vehicle. If it hadn't been for the fact that they had us sign the contracts before bad service was given I would have gone elsewhere.

Had car changed 3 times had to visit the the garage 3 times be 4 driving away in a new car traveling 30 miles each way spemding number of houres there no competition for this felt disappointed but thay managed to sort me a car out at my right price

Good service throughout, cleaning could be better.
I received very good service during the purchase of my car. The only gripe I would say I have is that the cleaning of it could have been done better. It was pretty obvious that the previous owner was a dog owner and it has taken me a good few attempts to rid the car of the smell and staining.

Really good experience from …
Really good experience from Briparkcars! Customer service was great always kept me updated with what was happening with the finance agreement. Car is absolutely brilliant and love it, when received was in pristine condition and have got absolutely no issues with it whats so ever! Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was it took a little longer than mentioned at first point of call to get everything signed off. But cannot fault the people down there, they were brilliant every step of the way!!!
