This product is awesome

This product is awesome! I have never had a 🦶 tool that can do what this product can do. I kind of wish it had something that could catch all the nasty dead skin that gets scraped off. Thanks! For making this great product.

Customer service was awesome

Customer service was awesome! They responded in a very timely manner, and was informative with their response for what I needed, personally.
I will be ordering Brio in the future again, soon.

Pros and cons

Pros:
Great Trimmer
Easy to clean
Long battery life

Cons:
Trimmer is only quiet when it’s on low speed.

Hi I don't have an issue with the…

Hi I don't have an issue with the product itself, but the fact that there are no warning labels on it or the box to not get it wet. After all the times I hear Aaron Marino on Alpha M youtube talk about it I've always wanted to get. It took me awhile to finally get it and a few weeks go by I drop it in the sink with water and while it was running pulled it out and the complete thing went to crap (screen is messed up and turns on by itself). Please if someone can contact me to either refund me or to possibly get another thank you.

Excellent machine

Excellent machine for beard trimming. Battery holds for a long time. Great ceramic blade. Good set of guards

Super quiet

Super quiet, compact and cuts real close. Do yourself a favor and ditch the cheap-o trimmer you’ve been hanging onto for so long.

A class of their own

Brio delivers excellent, high quality products that are built to last. I have now purchased the Ivy Trimmer, the electronic toothbrush and the nail clippers. I have found them all to be great products.
