Sometimes I just want to talk. They don’t offer that.

There’s so much stuff on the homepage that it’s hard to focus. Promotions, games, banners, news, all mixed. I just wanted to find blackjack and it took longer than it should.

The products are great. Prices are great as well. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because I wished I got a notification at the beginning of the day that it would be arriving. I emailed and fb messaged the company to ask and didn’t get any reply. I did however get a text message closer to the delivery time letting me know that it was arriving. I live in Vancouver and delivery is 2 days after ordering. It would be nice to know in the morning to confirm that my order will be arriving.

Everyone seems to have differing criteria for their Bacon. Some want thick-cut, some like Peppery. Others want no salt while others want it salty.

I am sorry but I did not like your Bacon. Too fatty for me and a bland flavour. Don't change your recipe on my account but get your sources to send you a leaner, less salty, double smoked cure and I might come back.

I ordered foie gras and came in a insulated box, which is good to that point but the package was too small for that big empty space with only 1 ice pack left loose in the box which at the time of delivery was a little warm and totally unthaw. Luckily, I was home and got it right the way but still arrive warm and could be prep better.
It's a prime piece of meat which should be treat the same, in my opinion.

Excellent customer service. They answered my email immediately and resolved my query. They delivered on the requested date, and even through in some free extras. My father was delighted to receive it and was it was fantastic.

...short story is that it is not worth my while to do business this way...products are "OK" but i can do the same locally w/o shipping...but your presentation is wonderful...

Had a problem with the delivery but they made it right the next day. The Wagyu was absolutely outstanding!

I ordered both the Australian and American tenderloin steaks. Both were outstanding, especially the Australian. I am going to be ordering some of the other cuts to try. There was a little trouble with the delivery of my order but that was the fault of UPS. I received excellent customer service from Bring Home Bacon.

Great products that arrived carefully packed with a surprise bonus!

Packaging and shipping was very good, and extremely quick. Prices are also good, however I found the Snake River Farms Wagyu quite mediocre. My family eats a lot of Wagyu, and it was unanimous that we’ll stick to other breeders at this price point.

I haven’t tried the Australian Wagyu from BHTB, but will give it a shot to see how it is.

Received my order quickly and got a few good surprises like sweet and sour carrots and beef burgers!! Have ordered twice now and haven't been disappointed. Thank you.

I have to tell you, it was hard getting my order, but it was not Bring Home the Bacon but instead UPS that messed up the delivery twice. Kayla kept in constant communications with me, and went above and beyond in customer experience and she has earned what will be a regular customer and I will be referring all my friends.
