Love the taste, love the customer service!

The little tap started leaking a drop here and there, so I contact customer services to buy a 1/4 gland for it. Email response in 20min, solution provided and now just waiting for delivery! All this out of warranty period!

Just got it installed. Nice taste. Lovely and clear.

Sick of using a jug with a filter ? So was I, this tap complete with a filter box and a drinking water spout separate from the main spout is a godsend. Great price extremely fast delivery and so easy to fit. Highly recommended

We were reminded that our water filters would need changing soon. I placed the orders and delivery was swift. Follow-up emails with updates along with pictorial instructions and guidance attachments.

We ordered a replacement tap, as we have just had a new sink fitted, and as we live fairly locally to Brightwater filters it was delivered by hand on the same day. Excellent customer service and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

This company has 5 star customer service. The product is great. I selected it after a lot of research. The initial installation developed a leak. This was done as part of a kitchen remodel so the issue was found a few weeks after the purchase. I tried to call the supplier on their number and also sent an email. The initial call went to voicemail but within an hour the supplier contacted me back both via email and phone. They supplied a replacement tap with express delivery, shared more insights on how to install it and common issues to watch out for. The replacement tap also developed an issue but I can see that it was my builders mistake in what they did. Throughout this diagnosis and resolution the supplier maintained contact, gave helpful suggestions and was fully engaged. My builder fixed the mistake and everything is really great now. The tap is working as expected. I have not experienced such responsive and engaged customer service in quite some time.

This is a great company that I would recommend to all. They certainly deserve my future business. A special thanks to Ellen who handled all of this from the supplier end and was truly exceptional.

My tap filter spout broke and looked around for a replacement I couldn’t find one and they helped me source one. Obviously with a good price. I was so happy I ordered additional filters.

Generally good service from Bright water filters - we've been using our product for over a year now and its very good. We used to have to filter all water going into appliances in our kitchen through a jug - now with the side tap we've removed the filter jug and just use this system. Good instructions - good installation - generally happy.

we have used the tap filter for sometime now and have enjoyed the experience. We had an issue with the tap after several years and the company swiftly resolved the issue after sending an email. Very good customer service.

Quick delivery , the three way tap is just what we needed and although we had a slight problem with the filter unit the support team had replied to me within in minutes and helped to rectify the problem.

I ordered a tap around 3 years before. Had some trouble during initial months and they advised me how to sort it out. After 3 years now, I had a leak from the tap. Even though my 2 years before warranty was over, they send me a free part for replacement and gave clear instructions on how to do the swap and it worked brilliantly.
The customer care is really amazing. They always come back to you quickly and efficiently for any issues you have.

Bit of a delayed one as I needed to test the system. Bought the entire system including tap back ion November and fitted in December. Works beautifully and Ellen was ever so helpful. Its a nice, neat set up does the job. Very happy with purchase and highly recommended.

We really liked and loved it. It will be delivered two days after we place the order, which is very efficient. After installation, the appearance is high-end, and the drinking faucet is convenient to drink and has no smell. The flushing faucet is very useful for multi-function use. I will introduce my friends to buy it.

I have to say I love this product. Had it for 8 months now and it does help the water. Just changed my first set of cartridges. But the customer service is tremendous. They always reply back even on the weekend and are so very helpful. Impressed.

What gem this company is. I wrote asking for some details and within an hour I had had a reply. As they are based fairly close to where I live I asked if I could collect a tap and filter unit and the answer was a very positive 'YES'.
When I arrived, there was a unit for me to look at and it appeared to satisfy all my requirements. I paid for it and took it home.
Installation was very easy, in fact the most difficult part was removing the old set of taps. After tightening up all the water connection, no drips and hot, cold, filtered water and a spray.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking to update their taps and filtered water supply system.
