Terrible company. Do not order from them. I ordered an electric item in August which still has not arrived. I keep emailing them every few weeks and they promise a new delivery date, but still nothing. They cite problems with their supplier but surely they should have sorted this by now.

Ordered Dyson Airwrap Styler Copper HS01, tehy kept on saying wait one more week, after a month asked for money back. Do not have it.

About 2 months ago, I placed an order for a Dyson Airwrap, and it was never delivered. They kept saying, "wait another week," and after a month, I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They acted like everything was fine, but they never refunded my money!!! They are scammers! I will file complaints everywhere. Please do not trust their website and make an order—it's completely a scam. There is no return form on the website, you have to communicate via email, and the whole process is based on trust, designed purely to steal consumers' money.

I spent 450 euro on a Dyson airwrap. After waiting 6 weeks with no delivery (despite constant requests for updates), I cancelled my order and I am now still waiting over 2 months for my refund!!!!

SCAM! Ordered a Dyson Corrale, it never came and when I cancelled my order and asked for a refund I never got my money back!

100% scam, do not buy from this company. The positive reviews are all fake and clearly written using AI. They will not send you the product and they will not repay your money.

Oh my god this is definitely a SCAM!!!! Never got the product OR the refund. I checked my bank statement and the money was taken by some company in SHARJAH!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!
Made a Dyson dryer purchase on the website with a transfer from the bank. Since I received no confirmation of the purchase, contacted the support and managed to get a confirmation that they canceled the purchase. However, they indicate the return of my money would be in 6-14 business days. When I asked for a confirmation of a return payment, this was ignored and never sent. This is nonsensical and clearly fraudulent! Reported them to both my bank and theirs. Will keep this up and update for as long as I don’t see my money back!
UPD: The seller completely blocked the communication. Filed the report to the police.
UPD: no communication from the website, and no return of the money. It’s been 15 days.
