I initially used Milk & More ....never again ! Long delays with refunds ...in fact I never received one, poor customer service ...then I found Brighton Milk, which is local to me.
Plenty of options on how to pay which I like ...not everyone is digitally savvy.
I can change my order by text ...Jerry is very responsive. I love the fact it's a local business and they were there in deepest darkest lockdown ...very happy to recommend. Use it or lose it. Don't let your local independent milkman be a thing of the past.

I decided to move to a milk delivery service as I wanted to reduce my plastic consumption. They provide a great service. I love the fact I can text the eve before my delivery if I want make any changes. My family drink milk and I drink oat milk and it’s great that Brighton milk can deliver both and if I want eggs milk butter or cheese etc I can order that too with great flexibility. I’d recommend them 100 percent for convenience great service and going that little way to reduce plastic consumption while supporting a local business.

Excellent and flexible service. You can make adjustments to orders by text and right up until late on the night before delivery made. It has been a great way to cut our plastic use too. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Regular milk delivery, always delivered early in the morning so available for breakfast. Easy to communicate any changes of orders. Very happy with service and glad to be using glass bottles that are taken back and reused.

Brighton Milk provide a really good service. They're efficient, flexible, friendly and always go out of their way to help. Having a really good milkman during a pandemic is the essential you didn't know you needed. If you can't get to the shops because you're isolating, having a service that delivers your milk, bread, eggs, juice etc exactly to order's unmatchable, especially when your milk's on your doorstep when you wake up, and they let you amend your order up to midnight the day before. I've found them so helpful. I can't recommend Brighton Milk highly enough.
