Fabulous company
Really wanted the reclining moon gazing hare but it was out of stock so I sent my email for them to let me know availability. A couple of days later I had a email to say that it was back in so I quickly placed my order. Two days later my order arrived. Packaged with great care and absolutely perfect. This is an amazing company, beautiful products and fabulous customer service. Thank you so much.

Excellent product and customer care and service.
What an excellent company. I ordered a Green Man plaque which arrived incredibly well packaged and included a lovely unexpected extra gift. Unfortunately, the package had been damaged resulting in the plaque being slightly damaged.
Brighthelm immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next working day. I do not hesitate to recommend this company for not only lovely produces but excellent customer care.

This is an amazing company. Not only are the products incredible, the craftsmanship is second to none, the customer care & service is impeccable too. I am extremely impressed all around & the Gothic Mirrors I purchased are so very beautiful and very heavy!

Fabulous Green Man
I have 2 of your fabulous Green Men adorning a very large and boring wall in my garden. Plenty of room for even more. Such great service from Brighthelm-Stone. Products always superbly packaged. I think the quality is outstanding and such a range to chose from. Keep up the good work. Just hard to decide what to order next..

I always have some trepidation when ordering items on line, so often quality of service and product can disappoint.
I ordered a 'Green Man' wall plaque - it arrived within 2 days superbly packed.
The quality of the plaque is without doubt the best cast stone product I have ever seen or owned.
