Problem not a problem
When I originally filled out the paperwork I gave my bank account details for direct deposit and thought nothing of it. But a couple of days after the first payment was due I received a text message saying that it was over due. So I called the number on the message and the lady that I got on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. It was a typo error when my account number was put in like a dash orspace where it didn't need to be. Then she also said without being asked that she would remove the late fee.then she put the payment through while I was still on the phone so that we knew everything was sorted. So I was very impressed how it was dealt with.

Not a happy customer
Not a happy customer! Unit has now been installed for 2 months, I am paying for this, & cannot be used as the meter box had a defect due to overcrowding! I have made numerous contacts & submitted my complaint in writing & the electrician that was booked for the week of the 7th December has still not arrived & I am very annoyed with this situation! Promised initially from the salesman all this immediate support for problems & this obviously is not the case! I am definitely wondering if I made the right choice having Brighte!!!
