With all surveys I never give a full score as there's always room for improvement.
My panels have been installed for a month and I'm still waiting to have the meter changed by AGL. This should've been completed in ten days! Apparently, the original request to get things up and running was lost/misplaced.

We have only paid one payment as yet
We have only paid one payment as yet. Because we have had cloudy weather since our panels went on they haven’t produced to capacity but hopefully we will see some sunny weather before too long. Not complaining about the rain. We really needed it. Thank you for your assistance in enabling us to purchase a much bigger solar system.

Getting my solar system installed was easy using Brighte. The payments come out automatically, but I still get a courtesy reminder so that I can ensure the payments will be covered. The service has been great.
