Delighted with our garden furniture
I'm delighted with the garden set which has just arrived. It's stylish, superb quality and very comfortable. Bruno on the sales team was a real pleasure to deal with. He's not your typical sales person which I liked - he wasn't pushy and really took the time to help us pick out a set which would suit our needs and the needs hopefully of a future home. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous and just a great guy. I'd also commend Ali on the delivery team (and sorry to the other chap as I didn't catch your name). They were really respectful unpacking the furniture, taking great care in our garden.

At the showroom Bruno Harris was attentive, patient, thoughtful and most helpful in moving our enquiries forward. He then followed up and found the solutions we sought and the earliest delivery for what we decided, with his help, to buy. The furniture was great as hoped, and even though small items were forgotten on the delivery day, the driver returned the next morning with everything. All-round seamless experience. Would recommend.

Wonderful experience
After looking for about 5 years for garden furniture. I walked into the Bridgemans Enfield showroom and saw the set-up of my dreams. I had done a lot of research on garden furniture over the years, and I knew their furniture was well-made. My main criteria were that it looked good and was comfortable. This ticked both boxes. Delivery was super quick as I was local. Paul was very helpful in the showroom. And talking to the customer service today was a breeze. Thank you.

The best. Just had a new table and chairs delivered. 3 guys all very professional assembled it in my garden, took all the packaging away, this is my 3rd time buying garden furniture from Bridgeman, one of which I’ve had for 14 years and it’s still like new. You get what you pay for, and this furniture is the best by a country mile.

I visited the Enfield Showroom which had a tremendous display and choice, but the customer experience was elevated to a completely different level upon meeting Bruno, their Sales Co-ordinator. He took the time to explain all the products and care to ensure my needs and aspirations were met. I cannot recommend this bespoke experience enough and am now excited to take receipt of my outdoor and all weather furniture. Do not be fooled by cheaper alternatives that are merely 'Resistant' and flatter to deceive.

Kensington chairs
I saw the Kensington chairs online and knew they would be perfect for my kitchen. I just needed to see them in person to check the size and colour.
We met “Bruno” at the showroom and he was more than happy to help.

A genuinely outstanding product
A genuinely outstanding product. Expensive but you absolutely get what you pay for. Elee in Cheltenham, and then Bruno in Enfield had so much product knowledge - we would never have bought this furniture without their excellent insight, customer care and support. Bruno took us through to closing the deal and he could not have been more helpful at every stage. We are exceptionally grateful both to him for all he did in selling the product to us and also to the senior team at Bridgman for producing such first class furniture!

Good, old-fashioned service!
The first time I dealt with Bridgman, I bought two sofas after visiting their returned products warehouse in Enfield. They were delivered and set up the very next day!
This year I bought a large garden sofa and a matching dining set without seeing them in person first! Bruno set them up for me in the showroom and sent videos. His patience knows no bounds! I am delighted with them!
Yet again they were delivered promptly by very pleasant staff, fully assembled for me and all packaging was taken away.
I am delighted with the exceptional service I received from Bruno and the delivery men and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bridgman.

A great sofa experience!

We then pick up a matching footstool two days letter which made a pefect partner. We do have Bridgman outdoor furniture as well as some dining chairs - really good quality products.
