My dealing with Bridgit
This is the first time I have dealt with Bridgit, I have found them easy to deal with, they give clear instructions using every day language I can understand. Unfortunately there was one instance where I had to send them an email as I thought I had signed the mortgage documents incorrectly. They didn’t answer me so I had to contact my mortgage broker who answered my question. This was the only negative I encountered

George, Tom & Andrew were very professional, helpful & followed up in a timely manner on all my questions. A pleasure to do business with and guided me through what was a stressful situation for me. I will certainly be recommending you to my network who may require a bridge.
The only matter that I believe you should address is communicating your fee structure in a more transparent manner. The manner in which you rebate upfront fees is not clear and difficult to follow. All the best to you in scaling Bridgit in 2024 & beyond.

Bridgit was phenomenal in getting our pre-approval ready (within hours!) which was important for us to go to auction. I spoke to 3 different people over multiple phone calls to get assistance with an unexpected urgency. Easy to deal with and they knew exactly where my application was at.

I found anyone we spoke with on the phone or via email friendly enough however I did find the process a little drawn out and overkill re documents necessary. Also, the documentation I have received back after approval did not really spell out exactly what this is likely to cost us.

I approached Bridgit with a scenario that needed to be settled within 12 days, my BDM Candice was amazing.
Candice had information in my email within minutes and the deal was lodged within 48 hours and conditional approval was issued within 4 hours of submission of the application. Application settled on time and my clients achieved a great result in the time frame required.
