The system used by "Bridgeman images" is very simple and useful to find the images and purchase them. The quality of the digital reproductions is very good.

I have used Bridgeman before and have…

I have used Bridgeman before and have an account, though the last time I purchased images was several years ago. This time, I submitted a request for a quote via my account on the website, but did not receive any response for close to three weeks - I was only helped once I sent a direct e-mail asking about the status of my request.

At that point, I was asked to repeat most of the information about the nature of the project and image rights I needed, even though this was all information I'd already provided via my request on the website. I did not find the person I worked with particularly helpful, nor did they explain why my request via the website was left unhandled, or why I had to repeat most of the information about the order to them.
