If i could give a lower star I would its a scam the scum will set up another site dont trust anything on Facebook thought it was safe its not. It was a Christmas present for my son as I dont have much money absolutely disgraceful gutted.

Scam – Package Never Delivered and No Customer Support

I placed an order at the beginning of October, and the tracking showed—up until day 41—that the package was “waiting for delivery to the recipient.” After that, it simply disappeared.

I sent three emails to the customer service address provided, and no one replied. There is also no phone number to call, and absolutely no attempt to solve the issue.

Unfortunately, this looks like a scam. I do not recommend this company at all.

Most of all I like that it is really good quality coffee. The site suggests interesting choices which also makes it fun to try something different. Like that it is ethical all the way through to packaging. Excellent speedy delivery. All round good experience and thoroughly recommend. Good for presents too!

Really great service from Sam / Brewed - I ordered a coffee that had run out and Sam was really quick to email me about it and offer me another alternative including a refund for my choice of coffee that was out of stock. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness shown by the Sam and the Brewed team and will continue to use them going forward not just because of how they treat customers but also because their various coffee options are top quality and a business like Brew is must for anyone who takes their coffee seriously!

I’ve ordered 3 packs coffee beans, but only received 2, the 3rd pack have no delivery information and don’t know how to trace.

I used to Google all the local roasters around my area, not anymore. If they are on Brewed.Online, then they're legit, they're good roasters. I've just my latest order today and the beans were only roasted 3 days ago. By the time I finish the last bag from my previous order, these ones from today will at the right age for pulling that perfect shot.

An excellent service that delivered my coffee very speedily. My only query is that I ordered my coffee from North Star and then find myself doing business with Brewed with no explanation

Really interesting company AND gets me a half hour sitting down with a friend brewing up and tasting.......better than wine! The delivery is a lot faster than it was last time I ordered (next day) and an excellent idea to have no delivery charge if you buy two packets from the same company (not necessarily the same coffee). FAB!
