I was nearly devastated thinking I had lost my whole investment, but Clôtterwaveş~ stepped in promptly and helped me reclaim all my funds.

Invested £1000 in BrewDog shares which are now worth £0

Then today (16/9), I got a shareholders meeting request that happened on the 4/9.

This is a scam. They need to be held responsible.

I am absolutely shocked. After four years of holding BrewDog shares, I logged in today to check on my investment only to find them worth a fat £0. What on earth has BrewDog done with my money?

While my investment wasn’t huge, I would have earned a hell of a lot more by simply leaving it in a savings account or adding it to my retirement fund. Instead, it feels like my trust – and money – has been completely squandered.

BrewDog built its brand on community and shareholder loyalty, but this experience proves that loyalty has not been returned. Shame on you, BrewDog.

Just logged in a found out the 40 shares I bought years ago are now worth £0. How can a company that are now worth £1.8 billion. Have shares now worth £0. It must of been a scam set up by the company. I’ve emailed asking them. They don’t reply. also they have no phone number

So I spent £500 on 10 of these pre share options.

Which equates to £50 an option

They have been valued at £6.50 an option today

They haven’t created an IPO so these are not shares yet. It will take them sometime to get to
The 3 billion dollar valuation needed to be a success in the current shares market they are sitting on 2 billion currently.

They would have got there much quicker if they didn’t annoy 50% of Americans, their biggest market, by siding against the current President. Politics and business doesn’t work at these small margins in errors. A massive error costing them billions of value.

So basically I’ve been burnt for over £400 because the board took unnecessary risks publicly.

Clap clap enjoy the fruits on my hard earned money because I won't be Brewdog. I put in some long grinding shifts for that.

I enthusiastically invested a small amount in the 'Equity for Punks' scheme, as I like the beer, and I wanted to support a relatively new startup. When, after a couple of years, I wrote to the company to ask how much my investment was now worth, I was told that it was not a purchase of equity but, essentially, membership of a discount club. This is egregious misrepresentation. BrewDog are shysters of the first order.

I wanted to give zero stars but the site does not allow it . I paid £300 for 14 Brewdog Shares in May 2021 . I used to check on app but it no longer works and login online no longer showed any share information. After a bit of detective work I found out that Computershare now manage Brewdog shares . No information was given by Brewdog about Computershare and no history of the shares performance anywhere , The shares are £0.001. one tenth of penny :-) . I know stocks and shares have an element of risk but this strikes me as odd . Looks like I have made a donation rather than an investment . Hum. Anyone else fall for this ?

Update on my previous review. This is the response I had from Computershare.

BrewDog plc is an unlisted company so there is no daily trading price available.

As BrewDog is an unlisted company a share price is not available on the market so it may be difficult to sell. Shareholders will need to find someone who wants to buy them and agree a price for them.

So, it looks like BrewDog have indeed conned me out of £500 and the same amount from my partner.

I’ll never buy their products again and will tell as many people as I can about their con!

Over half a year and a dozen email later, still no benefits...

I was curious to see if anyone else was having trouble getting the benefits promised by investing. I have emailed several times over the last year and I just get an email back saying they will start sending the benefits out at the end of the month. It doesn't matter when you email, its always the end of the following month. I've just received another email to say my day at Brewdog to do brewing is oversubscribed and I've been offered a shop discount instead ?? What's ethical about this mob is beyond me . Roll on the AGM. At least they will have to lie to my face.

Don't waste your money on Equity for Punks.
1. they won't give you any profit.
2. they won't give you even your shares benefits, waiting for mine since last year, paid almost 1000 pounds in shares and they can't send me a T-Shirt and a pen.
