Love the Breville espresso machine. Just a bit of trial and error will end with a sound espresso or latte. Auto settings help get you started, and then you can customize to your tastes. It’s a bit spendy, but I can have my Starbucks’ fix at home, and it will soon pay for itself. I highly recommend the machine.

On 6/24/20 I ordered a children's water slide from this website for $ 397.57 I should have realized this was fraud as these water slides go for $499-$1000 easy.On June 25th the seller marked it shipped through UPS and delivered on 6/23/20 A day before I even ordered it. they used a real UPS tracking number showing it was delivered I immediately contacted PayPal and filed a claim which is still under review as of today 7/17/20 once PayPal contacted the seller they change the UPS tracking number to a different tracking number saying it was delivered on 7/2/20 which never happened . Im more mad at the fact that PayPal isn't doing anything to stop these crooks and that clearly this has happened over and over . The seller's name is Le Gia Hung .Also the real Brevillecoffeemachine.com strictly sells espresso, coffee machines and coffee related items

I had the same experience of many others: showing a delivery of the product the day before I ordered it, never responding to any emails, etc. A total scam. I hope they didn't sell my AMEX card number to the dark web.

I filed complaint with PayPal on June 10 (see my post)
and today June 25 I got a full refund.
Kudo to PayPal.

Ordered a vacuum via PayPal and it shows a UPS tracking for an item I already received.
Repeatedly tried to contact them via their contact info, but either get a 'form' letter response or no response...at all ever.
Ask submitted a dispute claim with PayPal, still pending.

I was scammed. I requested cancellation of my order the same day I placed it, and the seller agreed to cancel. They later submitted a UPS tracking number to PayPal for a shipment that was delivered to a different address 1 day before I placed my order. I am currently disputing this with my credit card issuer.

I purchased a tool set priced at 127.49 and valued at $500 on may 21, the order did not process until may 25th. A sales rep named Nguyen Thi Sang marked the item as delivered on may 26th. I contacted PayPal immediately seeing as I was located in Missouri and they claim to be operating from (Modenia Furniture) 942 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10022, and I never saw anyone deliver anything to my door. PayPal told me they were waiting for the sellers response. Nguyen Thi Sang waited until the final day to finally submit the illegitimate tracking info and PayPal decided in the sellers favor. I'm now fighting for yet another appeal and having to go through several shipping companies in order to show proof to PayPal. Its now june 23rd and I still have yet to receive my refund.

FRAUD. BE CAREFUL. advertised a low price for the earbuds I wanted. I bit because PayPal sponsored the sight. Im out the amount I payed. Must conclude this sight is a hoax. PAYPAL do some research.

I placed an order through the web site, received a UPS tracking number that said it was shipped eight days before I ordered it.
I paid with PayPal, I filed a case and PayPal found in the sellers interest because they supplied a tracking number.
Finally convinced PayPal to issue a refund. Had to state my case to a Specialist through the message service on the PayPal site.

I placed an order for a Dewalt drill ($70) on May 20. I never received it. I received an email one day later from PayPal with a ups tracking number and a contact. The tracking # was for something delivered the day before i ordered my product. I've sent numerous emails to the company, contact, and a claim with PayPal to no avail. This site is
a total scam and needs to be shut down. Don't use it!

Wow, Just read the reviews. I purchased an item mid-may and have been trying to contact them as well. Same email response others got. All the comments are correct. Tracking # on paypal was for an item I received 15 days earlier and the weight of it was 15 lbs off. I will now file a claim to get $ back from PayPal.
Update! Paypal helped, I filed a claim this morning and called them asked to escalate to final and they did. They are investigating as they do have many claims on this business.

My experience with this online company has been the same as other reviewers. They allow payment via PayPal to lend an air of authenticity. A message (which itself may be fraudulent) comes back quickly, purportedly from PayPal with a tracking number. The tracking number is for some other shipment that has already been delivered, in my case three days prior to my order. They have a click for "Check Order Status." Mine never said anything other than "Processing." I wrote to the email address suggested by PayPal and also to an email provided by the website. They promise a response within 24 to 48 hours. I did get a "thank you for contacting us" canned response once, but no further reply. I have reported this as a fraudulent website to PayPal, but they give the website three weeks to reply. Good luck with that. Update: Received an e-mail from PayPal saying my claim was "decided in your favor." They gave brevilleespressomachine.com three weeks to respond. Of course, they didn't respond. Sadly, that may have given them three more weeks to scam customers.

The price was tempting but seemed too good to be true. The images are all stock photos of goods. The UPS shipping tracking number was for something else delivered to my address prior to my order from this company. When I contacted the company, I was told to wait another 2 days.
The email addresses associated with this account go to Gmail accounts, not proper business email addresses. The emails are Gmail addresses.

Got a shipping update from PayPal the next day for a tracking number that showed delivered weeks before I made the purchase from this site. Tried to contact the seller several times with no response.

The site is a scam. They accepted the paypal pmt and sent bogus tracking showing a package had been delivered 3 weeks prior to the transaction. Emailed several times with no response. I have alerted paypal to void transaction. They have also been reported to the BBB as a scam by another victim. The site was created using a panama address.
