UNAUTHORIZED ORDER
Be extremely cautious! Dispute charges with your credit card company immediately. I share the same experiences as many of the 1 star reviews. When I received my initial order on April 7, I had already raised concerns about the product’s integrity. The packaging was identical to generic versions sold on Amazon. It didn’t mention Breevelle on it at all, and the product was shipped from China, not the U.S. I received an order confirmation for a subscription I did not authorize on April 21 at 8:09am. When I read it at 11am, I immediately sent 3 emails to request cancellationl. That was within the stated 24 hour cancellation window. I only received a response on the 3rd day, after the order had already shipped the next day, despite the 3 emails sent. I was told that the order had been fulfilled and could not be refunded. But, I received conflicting communication on the same day too. One email confirmed that a refund had been processed, and another said that the order was fulfilled and ineligible for a refund from the same Jessica Puntro. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about their internal processes and communication practices. Even if their website advertises a 30 day moneyback guarantee, they don’t honor that policy. Even if they say to send them an email so they can make things right, they will reply to you with the same messages and still not take accountability and won’t refund unauthorized charges on your credit card.
May 5: Repetitive reply from Breevelle : we have carefully reviewed your case and confirmed that we have cancelled your subscription( I did not sign up for), that there will be no future charges and shipments, however, because the order has been processed and fulfilled, we are unable to issue a refund. This directly contradicts your stated 30 day moneyback guarantee and is not aligned with your previous response. It is a clear example of poor and misleading business practices.

A totally waste of money! I ordered 4 types of mouth spray and they were all the same taste, like a sweetened water and ZERO effect! For sure there is no magical substance inside! Of course there is no possibility of getting the money back!

Misleading untrustworthy fake phone number!
I got so upset when I saw a notification from this company that my order has been shipped. I ordered from them once weeks ago. That order arrived. I never placed another order or subscribed! I emailed them asking to stop a subscription if they put me on it. I was going to wait to receive my order to return it and ask for my money back. After reading all the reviews I am worried if I'd be able to do that.

Zero stars. Took weeks to get here, so I cancelled subscription and they charged me again anyway. Then it arrived damaged, glass everywhere, soggy box. I can't get refunded or even recurring charges to stop this company is a nightmare. Do not waste your money on this crap.
You can respond to this but you refuse to respond to my emails requesting cancellation and refund? You keep charging me. This is a terrible company. Phone number doesn't work. I have reported to BBB and AG consumer fraud. Do not buy from them, protect your wallet.
Update - I've requested cancellation. Shown photos of the glass all over then box - broken. They still charged me again. They still shipped another one. This company won't stop so I had to file with the attorney general and BBB. Consumer affairs is now investigating their dirty business practices.

The worst purchase experience in my whole life. I never had to deal with this before.
The worst experience ever they got me into an automatic subscription. Without not knowing they did that, I never got the first purchase. After many complaints to them they promising by email that I was going to get this purchase soon that I made months ago, I su submitted a complaint with my bank, my bank made them payback, and then they charged me again for another purchase because I was in an automatic subscriptions that I didn’t know so I had to find that again with my bank and made him pay again and hopefully I once see more charges in my bank statement from this scam.

Total scam
Selling “Kiss Artifact” product, available on Amazon for way less, but doesn’t work anyways so save your money. Took a month to be delivered from China, they tried to charge me for a second order (subscription) before the initial order arrived. One arrived completely crushed, the other tastes like lightly flavored water. I’m not comfortable ingesting this product given how shady the company is, doesn’t feel safe. Total scam.

THEY’RE SELLING TRASH!
Got my order today. Apart from looking completely horrific (2 same stickers with crooked print on the same bottle, etc.) they sent me wrong flavor, and half empty bottle. They’re selling cheap Chinese garbage for a premium price. And they’re using fraudulent schemes to attract customers, for example by putting fake Trustpilot rating on their website (it shows almost 5 star rating lol).

This is the absolute worst company I…
This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only has my order not arrived from China, they auto subscribed me for another shipment. I emailed them within the hour of them charging my card for the second shipment and it took them 3 days to answer back saying they couldn’t cancel the order. According to their policy they will cancel any orders “without question” as long as you contact them in the first 24 hours, I guess that’s only the case if they answer back in a timely manner. And forget about calling them, they have a number listed on their website that doesn’t work. Do not orders from these people, they seem like a fraudulent company and like to scam people for their money. So far they’ve charge me $100 and I haven’t received a single product and no one is willing to help me from their “support” team.

I’ve emailed and restated all my complaints. Your support person “Jessica Puntro” is absolutely unhelpful. This company is a scam and I will do anything to warn others so they can save themselves the trouble.

Bad quality + unauthorised second charge with different card digits - refund refused despite EU policy and own terms
I purchased once to try the product. There were 2 options - either with a subscription or more expensive but no subscription. Chose the expensive option to make sure there's no further charges. 3 weeks later BEFORE my order arrives, they charge my card again, inside confirmation e-mail they put UNKNOWN last 4 card digits, NOT my card. Wrote them straight away asking for refund because I didn't order and didn't even receive the 1st one. They waited until it's processed and refused to refund. Completely contradicted what their website says.
BTW They ship from China via dropshipping, despite US address shown on site
Feedback on the product itself:
nothing like advertised. Zero lasting effect, definitely not "12 hours". The bottle is actually labeled "Kiss Artifact", not Breevelle, so they're reselling another brand's product under their own premium-looking marketing. Outer packaging cheap and inconsistent with the premium branding shown online. Feels like something you'd get off AliExpress, not the premium product on their site. Bottle itself is OK - glass with plastic cap, but that's it.

This company is a sham. Its not US based. Product " ships" from China. I have a Chinese tracking number from a month ago that hasn't moved and the just billed me again . Do not order!

Bad customer support - feels like a scam
I placed an order over three weeks ago and no response; emailed 'the owner' which is basically their customer support email. The lack of communication and feedback makes me think this is a scam and they do not actually fulfill orders.
If the support is here, please contact me as I would like to file a complaint - Jessica from customer support at Breevelle said she will rectify the situation but she went radio silent on me after I provided her with the information she requested. It is so frustrating!!
