For many years I was avoiding to feel the pain of my not successful pregnancies, the pain, anger, sadness, resentment, remorse, shame, feelings of unworthiness, living a life with no purpose, no pleasure, no joy, everything that comes with these failures. I thought I had accepted it and moved on. But I hadn't. Only through breathwork I managed to bring all these deeply buried feelings, emotions and pain to the surface. I couldn't hide from my breath.
Transformational breathwork journeys are the most mind blowing experience I have ever had! I have practiced many various healing paths, yoga, meditation, energy healing and I am really grateful for everything they are offering me. I am a yoga therapist myself. Breathwork is really the new yoga, the yoga of our era. Fast and immidiate results!!
Through breathwork I managed to get in touch with my feelings, to really quiet my mind and have the most astonishing realizations about myself and my life! When at one of the lowest points in my life, I discovered BreathMasters. I was living in temporary accommodation not really knowing what direction my life was headed. I was contacted by BreathMasters asking if I’d like to become a breathwork coach.

I’d done some breathwork before on retreats and WHM so I was no stranger. It was serendipitous to be offered the opportunity to train as a breathwork coach. Knowing the power of breathing I wanted to share with others.

The human experience we often seek outwardly for validation. When inside is where the joy love and gratitude reside. It goes unnoticed or undiscovered.

When starting out on my journey it’s the deepest into breathwork I’ve gone yet. With regular practice, and a greater scientific knowledge and understanding of the physiological mechanisms and aspects of what occurs in the body it has enriched my experience further and awakened me to the miracle of life.

I’m a couple of weeks and several hours of facilitating away from gaining my qualification. It hasn’t been easy fitting this round life with 2 young children finding a new home maintaining my day job.

But nothing worth having comes easy. The BreathMasters team are so genuine and hardworking they operate from a place of authenticity which is difficult to find in the modern world.

Being a breathwork coach is about giving, giving people the opportunity to uncover, discover the light that shines within. Something which is often sought after through external validation and consumption.

I have broken down walls of egoic perception to allow space to see. To interact from a genuine space. I now notice my flaws and embrace them to be resolved in time. Perfection belongs to you not a destination but a realisation.

I joined Breath Masters Certification Program in 9th January, 23. Since that date a lot of things changed in my life.

I suffered for years from fibromyalgia. Since I started practicing breathwork I found it is getting better and better everyday. Honestly at first I thought it might be a coincidence. But surprisingly it continued to improve. After reading more about traumas and suppressed and repressed emotions, I started to understand that they are the cause of our somatic problems and autoimmune diseases. And simply by using our breath; this powerful medicine we can release all what is holding us back from moving forward in our life.

As an NLP coach, Reiki Master, and a certified practitioner of several modalities, I can say and admit that nothing I have seen or tried is as powerful and effective as breathwork specially the 9D revolution version. Combining the 9 layers in such an artistic way made it one of a kind therapy.
