Breath Masters 

I started my journey with Breath Masters as a participant with a breathwork journey on Zoom.

I didn't start the Breath Masters Certification right away, but it had been on my mind for probably a year. I'm a PT and specialize in working with clients who have chronic pain. I found that many of my clients had childhood trauma, and even current traumas and emotions, that were contributing to their pain, so I knew that I needed something more. I was able to get on a consultation call with a certified Breath Masters Coach and learn about him and his experience with the program. I decided to start right after that call.
I love the program and the depth of the program information. I also enjoyed that the program can be done at your own pace if unable to complete it in 10 weeks. This gave me time to dive in and be able to study as I needed or take some time away to focus on my PT clients and business. There is also a community Facebook group and the communication within the program is exceptional, if you have questions Kate or Hanna are there to answer emails and help Brian and they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I also love the Q&A's and enjoy going back and watching some of them as I learn new information all the time. AJ who is Brian's partner also has offered coaching Zoom calls around mindset and business. I know other people who have done other certifications who do not have a how-to-get-started business component and we do which is very valuable.
I have started implementing Transformational Breathwork into my client care and am doing group classes and it has made an impact on my client's physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

I loved the depth and breadth of information. Love that Brian was present for the Q & A's each week. Loved the support team and Hannah is honestly a saint for all the work she does. I love the community and support and idea / skill sharing that happens in the group chats and groups outside of the course. I don't love the price $5k was overpriced I would say, I did it as an investment in myself but it's not congruent. Maybe 2-3k for the basic breathwork certification feels more fair. I also don't love the feeling that the basic breathwork certification is a funnel for them to get you in to their 9D program which then requires a monthly membership etc. The more capitalistic lean of the company, which is obviously for-profit - ( it's a company ) - but it kind of felt like there was more energy being put into "scaling" and utilizing their existing clients for more capital gain and felt not as altruistic, not morally aligned. I didn't feel as seen as an individual but as something to extract more from and I didn't like that. I'm not a hustle culture, type A, tech heavy, high pressure person so I was drawn to getting certified because I align with the more organic breathwork, working with the air and your body and the energy of the group together. For the raw breathwork when you're in ceremony together not with headphones and pre-recorded scripts. But I can totally see the utility in that model too for the people who want that and I also know there is enough room in this world for all of it. For me personally I wasn't into the high pressure sales tactics of AJ and the 9D stuff, and I don't have scarcity mentality or any of this it just didn't feel good. It felt manipulative, like when they talked about someone selling out two classes a day every week for a year using 9D when they're talking about profit building. Like where is someone living that would have even remotely close to that number of clients that come repeatedly and pay $65 a session? When it was such an unrealistic picture being pitched it made me angry because it's jus tryung to wave big numbers in front of people like dangling a golden carrot, it felt old paradigm and I don't like that. But if you take away all the 9D stuff, I was stoked on the course up until that all started happening.

Jumping into the fray with Brian Kelly at Breath Masters was nothing short of legendary. He has a knack for breaking down the complex world of breathwork that makes it really stick with you. It's one thing to learn from a pro, but it's another to be handed the tools to change your life, and in turn, kickstart a ripple effect in the lives of those around you – from your family to your clients, and even beyond to the broader community.

The entire Breath Masters crew brought their A-game, creating a vibe of camaraderie and support that was so genuine. This wasn't your run-of-the-mill training. It was a deep dive into a community that breathes (pun intended) unity and empowerment.

I'm walking away from this experience not just with a Breath Masters toolkit, but with a heart full of gratitude. This journey has been a game-changer for me personally and professionally, and I'm all geared up to pass on this legacy of wellbeing through my business, Grit and Gratitude. Hats off to Breath Masters – they're the real deal in creating champions of change through the power of breath.

I had been doing breathwork for 3 years. Conscious connected breathing. I was working with a group doing group ceremonies. It came time for me to lead someone on my own and I quickly realized how little I knew about leading a session. That was when I found BreathMasters. I had seen their ad many times and finally I clicked it and dove into the signature 9D journey. Boom!! That experience blew me out of the water. I immediately knew this was the style of breath I wanted to learn and how to create! The course was so well layered with science and facts, it completely nourished my logical brain . I was able to understand the why and the how of things. The group pods were an amazing way to set up support and to have the ability to talk to other people on the facebook group chat was even more added support. Access to the music was another added bonus. I've now led over 20 sessions and have not had 1 client not be blown away. I really feel like the course gave me all of the skills I would require to do this as a business. I plan on taking the 9D additional course when I get some more time and dive into creating my own recorded experience. I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking to strengthen their relationship with their breath or to hold space and serve others.

I started the program because I tried a 9D journey and that had such a deep impact on me that I wanted to know how to facilitate these experiences myself. The training gave me a lot of new insights in the amazing power of breathwork. I am super happy that we were stimulated to start teaching our own journeys while we were going through the training as that helped me to hone my skills and it confirmed to me the impact this work has on others. I am ready now to share breath work on a larger scale with confidence. The fact you can do it online and it is very powerful is a super big advantage! Thank you for everything.

I have stared the program with the thought that this would help me improve my own breathing and learn more about different types of breathing and their benefits.
The theoretic lessons were so structured that I have learnt all the principles , the whys and hows....All were very, very useful for a strong "root" and in order to be ready for questions to yourself or to others.
But where the real challenge was, the one that took me out of comfort zone were the journeys .....Teaching others I have learnt so sooooo much!!!!

This has been the best thing I've done for myself in as long as I can remember. I've found purpose through this training, this community and the new skills I've gained. The BM team's passion, knowledge & integrity is unique in today's world and I'm incredibly grateful to now be a part of it.

Well, it’s really quite impossible to put the feeling of this retreat experience into words, but if I had to try I would say that, I have done a lot of retreats, lived in ashrams within Aus and India, sure this was about 15 years ago, but I have never experienced the connection of community in the way I have now. From not knowing anyone at all walking into this retreat 7 days ago, and today literally feeling as though I have a soul family, is a monumental gift.

The feeling of ‘all of me’ being welcomed, the authenticity, the non-judgement, the care, the (non-sexual) intimacy and deep relationship, the honouring of each person toward each other person in our 40 person group, within such a short space of time is really testament to the integrity and the heart of the operation by both Cyrus and Brian at this in-person offering. And that’s just about the community!

I set my intention to be able to fully express myself and my gifts. One never knows exactly how the process of unfolding will occur to reach One’s intention. Receiving the experience of bodywork within breath sessions was the pinnacle of what allowed me to unlock parts of my body that have been BLOCKED and LOCKED UP for SO LONG. This deepening of the experience, I could have never received only online. Now I feel my heart and chest has been cracked wide open, my throat is clear, my voice is pure, my body can dance and move and I can BREATHE again.

I truly am blessed and I feel honoured to have been a part of this experience and now a part of the Breath masters family. Thankyou for all you have given and thankyou for receiving me, thankyou for accepting and welcoming all parts of me.

The experience with Breath Masters was life changing. The content, sense of community, compassion and care throughout the entire experience was overwhelming in the best way. The support offered during and after the training is very unique and I would genuinely do it all over again.
