Been waiting for ages for a payout and been getting the same answer in the main chat but ticket never get answered or no update about the payout. Don’t know what’s going to happen with the account but defo not the best firm to go with.

WORST PROP FIRM. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

I passed 2 10k accounts. They refused to give me my live account details. When i open a ticket,they ignore it for weeks, then it gets closed. Then if you keep on trying they give you a timeout. Do NOT fall for their low prices.They are a bunch of scammers. Also they havent paid anyone since february...its already middle of april

SCAMMERS - DO NOT PUT ANY PENNY IN there. They’ve stolen my money. 20.000€. The registration is in EAU and I reported them. Now I’m trying to find and contact the local police to put the report in there and look for them. Do the same!

I do not recommend this prop firm they are scammers . i have been waiting months for a 1% payout i have been ignored , timed out . im not the only one waiting everyone else is waiting aswel for even since january . do not buy anything from the prop firm its going down the mud .

the staff is rude and they will ban you and timeout you out of the server for disagreeing, they take a month minimum to pay you out. Bunch of people calling them scammers and now I understand why. This is a money making/laundering prop firm please take your money somewhere else.

This firm is not so good now or before it's delay payout almost 2 months or more i placed payout before but they rejected my payout because i didn't reach the target sad is thay block my account and in another account they holding my payout from 2 months and more chances that will rejecte I think this is more likely a dead firm now. Which firm takes months for kyc in ai era even bad to bad firm will resolve the issue on time so please reconsider this firm before joining. Or you will suffer for now for sure . May be in future they will grow up and provide better services .

I’ve opened a ticket still waiting on a response it’s been 2 days now mr pearl his customer service is horrendous I’ve passed my phase 2 I’m waiting on my live credential it’s been 5 days on the emails it said it takes 3 buisness days to get log in details I passed on Sunday night I opened a ticket on Wednesday asking for my credentials he replies ‘you’ll receive them later on in day’ it’s been 2 more days I’ve not got a reply or my credentials

This is my own personal experience with the firm. So, where do I start. Firstly they rejected my payout - which seems to be a common theme with this firm for a lot of traders. I had requested proof as the rejection was due to using a new strategy. This is completely incorrect as I had asked Huz (admin/support staff) prior to trading the live account what constitutes towards the strategy breach. After he had confirmed that as long as I trade the same pairs I traded on my evaluation, I’ll be trading within the rules. He also confirmed that lot sizes and frequency of each pair traded is irrelevant as long as it’s all the same pairs that are traded. I’ve provided them evidence of this confirmation, as well as my dashboard trading overview of both the funded account and evaluation, showing that all the same pairs were traded. I’ve since opened a ticket on 24/03, and currently on business day 13 awaiting proof from Felix/risk team for the breach. I don’t typically think it takes 13 business days to provide proof of the breach. This can only mean that they’re unable to provide proof and have incorrectly denied my payout as well as breaching my account. My ticket in the discord will be going into business day 14 waiting for the proof. Will come back and edit this review once I get an update.

Update: within a few minutes of posting this review, pearl (admin/support staff) believed that this review was misleading and defamatory. I have now been kicked from the server and they’re no longer going to provide me proof of the breach. Luckily I have screenshots of the entire ticket and my experience.

In my own case, my first payout (only $600 on a 50k account) took 33 days to get approved, and I was even put through a “risk interview” for that amount. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

Then comes the second payout suddenly rules are changed and applied to all active accounts (which no serious prop firm does). I requested my payout, and in less than 24 hours it was reviewed, rejected, and my account was breached. So let me get this straight:
• First payout → 33 days
• Second payout → less than 24 hours to reject

Now imagine waiting 33 days just to get update and my account was disabled the whole time i couldn't trade at all.

Payouts are heavily delayed I personally know traders who waited up to 4 months.

That’s not coincidence that’s a system designed to avoid paying profitable traders.

This firm changes rules without any announcement, clearly just to make sure traders breach and avoid payouts. That alone tells you everything about how they operate.

I also had a contract with them, yet they still changed rules without clear notice or announcement.
That’s not transparency — that’s manipulation.

Ask yourself this: why would you invest your time and money into a prop firm that does everything possible to breach your account and avoid paying you?

It’s not worth it. Go with firms that actually respect traders and pay them for their results.

Denied payouts for absolutely no reason & the make up rules as they go. It was good at first till I realised you’ll never get a payout in completely quit then & even though had big discounts on funded accounts I overall do not recommend this prop firm

Breakthrough Capital is honestly not reliable.

I followed their rules exactly during Phase 1 and passed without any problems. Then suddenly, I’m told I violated the risk limit because of commissions something that was never clearly stated anywhere.

So basically, you can do everything right and still get disqualified over hidden or poorly explained rules.

That’s not normal. If important details aren’t clearly communicated from the start, it just feels like a setup where traders are bound to fail at some point.

On top of that, payouts are slow and constantly delayed, and support doesn’t really provide clear answers.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend spending money on this.

If you’re thinking about buying an account from Breakthrough Capital, you might want to think twice.

I followed their rules exactly as written during P1, respecting the 2.5% risk limit. At no point was it clearly stated that commissions were included in that calculation. Yet after passing P1 and reaching P2, I was rejected because those commissions supposedly pushed me over the limit.

That means you can do everything right based on what’s written, pass the first stage, and still get denied later because of unclear or poorly explained rules.

This isn’t just frustrating — it raises serious concerns about transparency. When important details aren’t made clear upfront, it puts traders in a position where failure feels almost inevitable.

On top of that, payouts take weeks with repeated delays, and feedback or criticism doesn’t seem to be openly addressed.

So before you spend your money, make sure you fully understand what you’re getting into. In my experience, the lack of clarity and consistency makes it hard to trust the process.

The most shambolic rubbish firm I have ever come across. No clear rules. They show screenshots of supposed “rules” on their website which aren’t even updated or uploaded. Requested payout 2 months ago had to wait 6 weeks for a risk interview only to tell me payout rejected over a bogus rule which makes no sense, and what they supposedly breached me on isn’t clearly stated within that rule either. Their own mod told me if I breached the account it would be a straight breach and no risk interview would be required so made me wait for absolutely no reason. Trust me they’ll make any excuse not to pay you out. Stay away

So I live in a full house and my brother decides to buy an account with you guy and since I’m the only trader in the family it would make sense I’d let him see my setup and take trades on his account that I’d take on mine unless I’m at work or his at work but not in getting Flagged IP and for using multiple accounts just when I requested my payout and my account gets blocked and no one is trying to listen or understand that we are two individuals traders operating on our own accounts but we live under the same roof

The worst prop firm ever they will give discounts so u can purchase of them and once u do ur locked in u ain’t getting a payout nor a refund they will bloc your account and give you shit explanation and also they will remove you if discord I have had a payout denied for no reason and they are the worst at dealing with your issues and brilliant at taking you money.

If i could give 0 stars i would, i have multiple ss of agents deleting my messages when im asking for support have been waiting for assistance for 7 days every time i ask for help or mention whats going on with my ticket my messages keep getting deleted and i get muted for hours and now ive been muted for 7 days and i probably wont have my ticket solved in that time, been given false promises. Would not recommend this firm especially if you run into problems their customer service is the worst , lets hope i get a reply. I have ss of me sending messages in the main chat and them getting deleted and me being muted. edit :(update still havent had a response and it is the 22nd of March issue has been on going for 2 weeks now)

This is my honest review about this firm:

I manage to secure payouts on both of my accounts I had passed and when my payout date comes they reject my payout because.. “Account IP flagged for being in UK and Ireland at the same time (VPN)”.

Now this is complete nonsense I haven’t used any VPN at all and I’ve never been to Ireland at all. Mistakes like this in propfirms can happen, as firms are designed to protect themselves from suspicious accounts and sometimes the innocent trader can get caught up in the mix. Therefore I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reached out to the support team however they were very ignorant and all they kept saying essentially was that risk team is never wrong and decision is final and proof has been provided. When in fact they were totally oblivious to the fact that the proof they showed me clearly showed an ip miss classification because how was I (the log they showed me) at 21:33 using vpn when logging into mt5 then the next second at 21:33:06 it shows me logging out of mt5 with no VPN at all. It clearly doesn’t make sense at all. And that was the only time they could find me using vpn out of all the logs so is clearly an error but because this support staff either isn’t trained properly or are just ignorant they close the case quickly. Overall I don’t recommend this firm at all.
Very very poor support team. Best to go with a reliable firm and pay that extra money

I requested payout on 21st January

Waiting 3 weeks for a response an got told to do risk interview with Hakeem

So I done my risk interview with hakeem and we had a chat about how I did

He said your trading style is very simple and clean and you will 100% be paid out ( also saying wallahi)

He even added that if I don’t get it in the time he told me I can mention him in the ticket and he will sort it out !

After risk interview waiting for a month for my money to come as there’s a “back log” and according to them i will be paid out before March 5th 2026

Today March 4th I asked support are we gonna be paid out and then one the admins called Felix who never reads anything came and said ok then breached my account for “trading the same strategy”

I kept asking to elaborate this breach they told me to wait for support ticket

Support ticket doesn’t help at all and mute me across both of my discords and admin block me
