Great customer service from start to finish placed order at 3 pm got my parcel next day at 5 no extra cost of shipping either
Also was given a 20% percent discount code by the advisor
Would give it 10 ⭐ if I could

Rang to ask for advice before I purchased a PC, gentleman very helpful, placed my order straight after our phone call, my pc got delivered the day after!

Refurbished but looks and works like new. Very good value!

Even came with WiFi dongle and USB Bluetooth since pc doesn't have them built in.

5* service would definitely recommend!

After receiving and configuring the NUC I ordered, it was apparent that there was a problem with it. I emailed Breakfree with my findings and they literally replied 20 minutes later. They we extremely helpful and courteous, arranged a courier to pick the unit up next day, diagnosed the problem and to be sure, replaced both the Ram and SSD with new modules before having it back to be a few days later, after which the unit performed perfectly. Excellent value, service and support and it was refreshing to be able to buy hardware from a small company with a personal touch for a change, and particularly in this increasingly disposable world, one which embraces a repair and reuse culture. Highly recommended.

Got exactly what I ordered fast and in good condition. Price was very fair.

Very Good Service Thank you.

Really good quality refurbished item. Quick dispatch and well packaged so arrived with no shipping damage. Item powered up with no issues and has now been in use for a couple of weeks with everything working OK.

Accurate description, quick delivery, very well packed, product in a very good condition, very good price.

Exactly as described, arrived the next day, worked straight out of the box, up & running and fully updated within a couple of hours. Looks brand new. Great price. Thoroughly recommended, many thanks.

Well packaged. Item(s) in very good condition.

Good product and fast delivery

Very pleased with my order, for a refurbished item it appears brand new.
👍👍

Ordered a Lenovo ThinkCentre M73 on the 12th of Dec. It arrived the next day. Amazingly well packaged. There was a slight issue in that it didn't have WiFi. Though after a couple of emails, someone at BreakFree said they'd send a USB WiFi Adapter Wireless Antenna, this arrived Wed.18th. This got's online via a mobile mini router. .Though prev. I managed by creating a LAN with my old netbook & the said router.. I have to say BreakFree have been great. From ordering through to delivery & dealing with issues. The mini pc is a great piece of kit too & the price was right.Win10 is ok, prev. I was using Linux Kubuntu, which is good, but not in the printer driver dept.

I was hesitant about this website at the beginning but my experience was just amazing. Delivery was quite quick. Packaging is superb and feels like out of the factory. Mini PC itself was like new with no scratches and was just in immaculate condition (for a price which is half anywhere else). Very positive experience so far

Win 10 Home was installed, not Win 10 Pro...so couldn't use Remote Desktop.
This was rectified for me by the company, who kindly offered me a discount.

Item arrived as described, on time and well packaged. Very good price too!
