This company is a scam ,they do not send you the sneakers you order from their website. They will send you cheap plastic no name brand sneakers and then you can't return them

The shoes shipped were a cheap knockoff, this site is a total scam.

I ordered The Red Nike Airmax and they Gave the Wrong Size Shoe and the Sneakers are Not even Nike Sneakers that I wanted. The Email is not working and they don't have a 1800 to be Cntacted.

Took 2.5 months to ship me the wrong product and then would not issue a refund. Garbage scam company.

ordered air max retro they sent me so nursing home knock off nothing like what I ordered,then refuse to give me a refund. stating it will be hard for them to do so.but what they can do is give back $25. and i can keep what they sent me....huh

I ordered air max 90s retro. Instead I received air minimals. No name junk. Scammed. I should’ve read the reviews before buying. SCAMMERS!!!!

I would like to give this company a chance to redeem themselves. I ordered a pair of black nike air max with gold trim. they are $69.99 + tax and shipping. This company sent me a pair of no brand name shoes that looked like the sole was made from a car tire and to be honest they also felt as heavy as a car tire. with no laces and they smelt badly as well. I will gladly change my rating if they would just send me what they advertised and what I thought I was buying. I just wish for them to do what is right. If I do get a new pair that are Nike Air Max with gold trim I will walk around in the shoes and talk about where i purchased them.

To be honest, I was quite surprised to see the 2.1 rating and all the bad reviews here. Based on my personal experience, everything was absolutely great, and I didn't encounter any of the issues mentioned by others.

The shopping process was smooth, and the items were exactly as expected. I did have a minor question at one point, so I reached out to their customer service. To my surprise, they responded incredibly fast and resolved my issue immediately. Their team was professional and very helpful.

Overall, my experience with Brazensho was fantastic. Their service and efficiency definitely deserve 5 stars! Highly recommended.

This is a criminal enterprise. Brazensho sells fake Nike shoes. They refuse to refund money and do not have a website or customer service phone number. The return address on the package they sent to me is a storage locker in Pennsylvania. DO NOT buy from these criminals.

Items advertised were not sent. When refund requested they only offered 20% discount to keep the shoes or 40% discount on next order. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing these plastic shoes.

SCAM Company - Never Buy from Brazensho

Do not ever buy from this company. It is, as evidenced in all the other Trustpilot reviews, a scam.

You buy shoes like Nike Air Max 90s or whatever, wait a month before you receive because it is coming from China, and then they ship you some terrible piece of trash shoe they make in-house.

Their website even specifically calls out this exact scenario under the Returns & Exchange section on their website. It says:

Return Shipping
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, manufacturing defect), BrazenSho will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Brazensho will not honor this. They will only offer you a partial refund of 20% initially as well as claim there's no way for them to provide a pre-paid return label to send their crappy shoes back to them. If you complain, they will continue saying they can't cover the costs of the return process and will continually offer you 30%, then 40%, etc. refund.

This company should be investigated by Nike, US Customs, etc.

SScams come in many forms. Whatever they post on websites and social media is fake. They will send worthless items and refuse to issue refunds, even offering only partial refunds. These are serious scammers. Even a single star, they don't deserve

Got scammed! Ordered Nike MAX 90 and got ... idk what these even are. Not in a box and shoes basically damaged from the shipping. What the heck how is this company still in buisness?!?!?!

This company is a huge scam. Ordered Niki’s 90 air max retro shoes. Pictured black and yellow. They sent some all black fake Nike shoes. What the heck?!?! No box just wrapped in the shipping plastic this company Brazensho.com is a scam fake website doing people wrong. Don’t order from them.

If I could give negative stars I would. Scam. I order the Air Max 90 Retro sneakers and I was sent some no name to small shoes.
