I have been on Brango for over a year , I make deposits regularly so today I log in and see a 16 dollar free chip , ok so instead if putting money on i use the free chip today. I had previously left a favorable review about this casino due to their immediate cashout policy. I successfully have withdrawn a number of payouts and made numerous deposits and received a cashback reward for my losses regardless of whether those deposits were "boosted". So it surprised me today when i was told that my $100 deposit was not eligible for a cashback reward because i used a promo code when making the deposit. Despite the fact that it is still a loss of my own cash! It's a shame that they would rather lose a loyal customer all for the sake of $17!

I’ve spent a good deal of money at Brango, I used to have decent wins there, but now they 9 out of 10 times will only allow you to win while playing on a free chip. If you don’t know what the means it means that your winnings are capped at 50 or 100 dollars. There are far more fair casinos than this one. I stopped gambling on here a bit ago because I found bitstarz lets you win and cash out whenever you want, not just once a day like Brango. Anyway, this guy Dylan start calling me 3 times a day and emailing me a few times a week from their “VIP” team to ask what happened (I never responded bc the calls came up as spam, but anyway I decided to give them another shot last night thinking oh they see they lost a loyal customer maybe they stopped being so bogus.
