Equipment delivered and collected as promised
I hired two Genie lifts. They were dropped off exactly when they promised by a helpful guy who made sure I had everything I needed. After the job they picked them up as arranged. No fuss.

unethical company
Hired a heavy-duty petrol wood chipper and found out it is not working as advertised. The blades were not sharp enough due to which the wood had to be pushed firmly inside, unlike it is shown in their video where the wood is being pulled automatically. It was practically not possible for me push each and every branch firmly. Also the outlet flap was very loose and falls down due to vibration, due to which the chipped wood couldn't be directed into a skip or bag. I informed them about the problem and requested a refund excluding the transport charges. I also sent them a branch that I tried to chip (it is within the 3 inch diameter). They refused to accept the problem and provide a refund.
I wouldnt recommend this company for DIY

the digger I hire was not full tank the…
the digger I hire was not full tank the delivery wasn't early morning, the collection was more than 5 days from collection day they didn't maintain the digger well they just run to kill all the joint were dry and making squeaky noise, but they have good customer service they accepted the empty tank easily and told me they will refund the charge
