Avoid if you can
Dealing with customer service was an absolute pain, they failed to collect the sander on the date/times stipulated and then decided to charge us extra for keeping the machine when it wasn’t our choice. We had to hire it again and they failed to collect once again and didn’t let us know either… we had to call to check and that’s when they told us that the would collect the following day.

No response after confirming they would be in touch…
In relation to my 1 star review on the 27th July and the depots response that someone will be in touch. No follow up and interest in resolving.
Expectation was low so no surprise really. Maybe head office should take note of what’s happening at their depots.

Great - seamless service!
Quick and easy to book and plenty of availability. Items were prepped and ready to collect at the allocated time - friendly and attentive staff were quick to get my hire processed and even helped load into the car! Can't complain at all - great service!!

Very quick response and great delivery…
Very quick response and great delivery /collection. Drivers made it a quick and simple process. Kit I hired was in excellent condition- obviously well used but all clean and working fine. Great price as well. Many thanks and I will use Brandon again.

Terrible Service
Hired a scarifier and aerator - scarifier stopped working after 10 mins and hence didn’t even use the aerator . Contacted head office to resolve , got passed back and forth between head office and the branch , multiple promises of “we’ll call back after we have investigated” that never materialise . Thankfully paid via credit card so gave it to cc company to follow up . Much better hire companies out there .

Unreliable and stressful
Booked a pm delivery. Called am to double check. Was told to get there am as delivery would come between 10 and 11am instead. Rushed to property. Delivery arrived 3.30pm.
Checked inventory list with delivery guy who confirmed two items were missing. Called branch who claimed nothing was missing. Relayed the delivery guy cited items and was told driver would be there before 10 am the next day with missing items. Next day no show by 10.30 so chased delivery guy directly as now had two hours to build scaffolding in time. Delivery guy said was busy elsewhere and finally arrived with one hour to spare and he had to Google the items as no idea what he was looking at. Turns out no items missing after all. Totally stressed over nothing.
Kit was due to be picked up today. No show and no one answering the phone. What should have been the simplest part of the works has been a total nightmare and waste of time. So annoyed as they came on recommendation.
