The presentation box that the purse was in was a bitty tatty and scruffy.

Order 40344 exchange no where to be seen!!
I ordered a Jacket but when it came it was too big, so as advised in the returns policy I asked for an exchange for a smaller size. I wrote the reason for the exchange on the original receipt, put it back in the packaging and sent via Royal Mail tracking. The tracking shows the Jacket has been delivered to Branded Wear and has been signed for. That was over a week ago and no acknowledgment from Branded Wear that they have received this or that they have dispatched the smaller jacket despite several emails and contact form requests. My original order number is 40344. I believe I will have no choice but to seeks a refund via Paypal. Really shocking communication Branded Wear.

I ordered a pair of Armani jeans which I still haven’t received,I’ve emailed a couple of times no reply i do not recommend this company they took the money quick enough i paid through PayPal so hopefully they can sort out a refund.

Purchased a pair of questionable pair of Armani J06 jeans. Returned 2 weeks ago due to wrongly described product (stiched emblem on pocket and not the metal badge??) still haven’t received a response or refund! Customer service is not existent

I am sorry to hear that you received a pair of jeans that were not what you expected. I can confirm that all of our items are genuine and they do have the authentication label on the inside with a barcode that you can scan into the Armani website if you believed that they were non genuine.
All returns that were received last week should be processed within the next 24-48 hours. So you should receive an automated email from us stating that this has been refunded shortly.
Please, if you could amend this review that would be great.

I bought a pair of yellow kappa joggers…
I bought a pair of yellow kappa joggers they are lovely and fit well I got an XL as I didn’t want them tight as they are a slim fit they fit great I normally buy medium to large but got a bigger size so they fitted how I wanted them to I am more than pleased with the product.
