Great concept; needs work

1, I love the concept and ease of use (5 stars).
2. The audio quality is a 5 on a scale of 10 (at best) so definitely subpar. Having the ability to “brand” the service is not valuable if the service is not excellent. The MOST important feature to me is quality/clarity of the sound - not the branding feature. I would rather have excellent audio without branding.
3. Service from Diego was excellent. He addressed my immediate issue and said that major upgrades on audio quality were imminent.

JUST GREAT!!!!

Smart products, great customer service and fair pricing are the three reasons why I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who needs conference call lines! Their conference all services are very easy to use; the dashboard design is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. Everything we need for conference calls is there. But the Customer Service in this company is not just great, it's OUTSTANDING!!! They are efficient, attentive, patient, personal and without saying as much, the way they help you solve your problems and answer your questions just make you feel that you are a "valued customer" in the very true sense of it. It is absolutely refreshing that the CS person you talk to is the very person who just chatted with you on the chat box! There is continuity between chat and talk! They keep a history of the chat and they refer back to it when they talk to you so that you don't have to repeat yourself! Even Apple and Microsoft can't measure up to that. BBL - you guys rock!

Integral to our team!

I can't speak highly enough of the Branded Bridge Line product and team. Super simple but reliable. On the one occasion we needed support, they were extremely responsive and helpful! Highly recommended.

Erin is fantastic and is always available to answer questions and provide data that I request. The service has met our expectations, is very reliable, and the quality of our recordings is very clear.

Customer Service is AMAZING!

Erin and Diego are top notch professionals who seem to be the point people for the service. Since day 1, I have been impressed with Erin’s patience and calm approach, which is definitely ‘felt’ through all of her communications. I look for quality customer service, and Erin and Diego deliver every time.

Sometimes the system has hiccups as does all technology however, Erin and Diego are quick with remedies, which I appreciate.
