We completely understand that mornings can be busy and that it isn't always easy to find the time to browse and book products, particularly when some opportunities are snapped up very quickly.
While we have our main release at 7am each morning, we also release additional opportunities throughout the day. Many products are also released over several days, so if you miss out on something one morning, it's always worth checking back later or on another day.
We're continually working to bring more brands and products onto the platform, giving our growing community more opportunities to discover new products and share their genuine feedback.

If you’d asked me to rate the platform…I’d say don’t bother these day
If you’d asked me to rate the platform a month ago I’d have said 5 stars! However, not any more. I don’t know what’s happened but the platform is glitchy, won’t let me in at 7am most days, on the rare occasion I do I regularly get kicked out. There are also a lot more occasions of items being discontinued in the stores so if you were lucky enough to be successful you them can’t buy the product and review it.
I really hope the platform gets fixed soon but I know a fair amount of people have stopped trying

We completely understand how frustrating it must be to log in at 7am, only to experience difficulties accessing or booking opportunities. The morning release is an incredibly busy time, and we're continually reviewing the platform's performance to make the experience as smooth and reliable as possible.
It's also worth remembering that while we have one larger release at 7am, additional opportunities are released throughout the day, and many products are made available over several days. So, if you miss out on a particular product one day, it's always worth checking back.
Regarding product availability, we appreciate how disappointing it is to secure an opportunity only to discover that the product is unavailable or has been discontinued. Unfortunately, retailer stock availability can change, but we're working with our brand partners to improve this wherever possible.
Lucy, could we ask you to contact our support team directly through the Brand Allies website? We'd really like to understand the specific issues you've been experiencing, particularly with logging in and being kicked out of the platform, so we can investigate and hopefully resolve them for you.
We genuinely value your feedback, particularly as someone who previously enjoyed using Brand Allies so much. We're always working to improve the experience for our growing community, and feedback like yours helps us identify where we need to focus.

Good concept but very poor execution
Good concept but very poor execution. They release all their jobs at the same time every day and all jobs are gone within 5 seconds. The jobs go quicker than the page can update so you waste so much time clicking on ones that are already taken

Many of our opportunities are extremely popular, so they can be claimed very quickly once they're released. While we do have one larger release each day, we also release additional opportunities throughout the day as new campaigns become available or existing campaigns are topped up. It may be that the particular product you were looking for had already been claimed, but there's every chance it will become available again on another day as campaigns are released over a period of time.
We release opportunities at consistent times to give all members a fair chance to participate, and we're continually working to improve the booking experience as our community grows. Feedback like yours is incredibly valuable and helps us shape future improvements to the platform.
We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and hope you'll continue to check back, as new products and opportunities are added throughout the day and there will be many more chances to take part in future campaigns.

Payment is very quick with approval taking on average a day or less and then once payment is ready, it is instantly in your bank if you bank with Revolut.

I wish I discovered Brand Allies…
I wish I discovered Brand Allies sooner. They are quiet because I'll just so we do a lot of shopping and this is a really great way to try new products and then you get to write reviews about what you've tried and get paid for it all. Payment usually arrives really quickly and once your Brand Allies account has been credited you can transfer it to your bank account. It says it takes up to 3 days but it's been instantly for me every time so far!

I really like the site. I would have want to know this site a little sooner because I really enjoy doing all this shopping and also giving a honest opinion about the products so the clients know what they are buying. Great for trying new products
Took me a while to get used to how the site works and it probably could be made a little simpler. However, it's excellent for trying new products for free. The money gets transferred to your bank instantly when you request it. If you have any problems, it's pretty easy to get help on the chat. Love it.
