Nadia provided me with bespoke and tailored legal advice by supporting me with my grievance for disability discrimination against a former employer. It was a particularly complicated case which involved submitting a rather lengthy grievance with multiple points. She also prepared my appeal to the internal investigation and negotiated favourable terms. She has a deep knowledge of grievance processes and added value to my arguments. She is an experienced negotiator who enabled me to settle with an attractive result in terms of compensation avoiding having to go to the Employment Tribunal.
