Rick went above and beyond
Rick went above and beyond. He fitted a battery for me in Jan, it recently went flat through no fault of his own so I emailed him for some advice. He came straight round when he didn't need to, took the battery away, sorted it and refitted it on a Saturday. Not many businesses would do that.

Replaced 2 front tyres on BMW X3
Replaced 2 front tyres on BMW X3 (one had a puncture so I decided to change both at the same time) - quick and professional service at a very competitive rate, top job. I spoke to Rick late on Thurs hoping to have fitted by Sat afternoon as I had plans to travel - he was able to source and fit the OEM tyres I wanted by Fri afternoon despite having a busy schedule. Rick was very friendly, personable and informative - pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use again, and highly recommend.

Superb service
Superb service, A quick phone call to say he was going to be ten minutes or so late, sorted a problem out with the damaged locking wheel nut key, don't use ATS!!! Then changed the brake disk and pads, quick convenient and many hundreds cheaper that local quotes I was getting, a very happy customer I will be recommending to all I speak to Thank you Rick

Excellent Service, Definitely Recommend
Used this company to get my brakes done yesterday. The service is absolutely amazing, showed up ahead of time, work was carried out super kwick. Very polite on the phone and in person, no hidden charges, what was quoted is what I paid. The quote was way more competitive than any local garage. Just an ace overall experience, I will 100% use this company again for other services they offer. Highly recommend them based on my personal experience, honest, reliable and great customer service.

Been trying to find a place to get my…
Been trying to find a place to get my brakes sorted for a few weeks. Contacted a few garages but never got back to me so resorted to google search, glad I did. Found braketech booked the job and at a great price. Job was done quickly and efficiently and on time. Will definitely be using again.

Great communications, welcome expertise!
Rick communicated clearly in advance and was specific abut an appointment slot. Even that alone is rare when looking for a trustworthy mechanic. At the appointment itself he was bang on time, polite, and very clear about the work. His knowledge and experience was evident immediately without being patronising or full of jargon. Really appreciated his time and work input. Highly recommended and I won't hesitate to use again
