Hello,
i purchased from Brakes-shop first time before 3 weeks and everything goes smooth. Guys from Brakes shop answer to all my questons very quickly, they had items in stock, i payed and organize by myself shipping couse i had near them my own vehicle.
I purchased 4 Rirodisc-rotors for my car and i'm very satisfied with them, much better then OEM rotors, now they have hats so only next time must change the discs.
In the future, will buy for sure from them again.

Poor customer service response
Poor customer service response. Product was listed in stock at supplier and shipping address was in same country as supplier, yet still took 5 weeks for item to be shipped.
Edit: during the correspondence after ordering, I was told that it was in stock and that it was being shipped from their supplier, but when I replied noting the assumption that it would be dropshipped and the possibility of recieving it sooner than what the website stated, I was never corrected on that, much less after several follow ups, r ever received a reply back.

To clear up any possible confusion, you ordered at us in The Netherlands, Europe. While our supplier is based in de USA, just like you.
As our supplier does not support dropshipping, the ordered parts have to come to us in Europe first, after delivery the products immediately go to the customer (which in this case is you). I hope you can imagine that this takes up freight time. So that is the reason we added a longer delivery time to the products coming from the USA.
We hope this clarifies our delivery time as mentioned on the website: In stock at supplier - Shipped within 5 weeks
