Brainwavz Audio Omdömen 

Purchased "genuine Sheepskin leather" oval earpads for my headphones about 8 months ago, directly from their website. $30 all in. Product arrived reasonably quickly. Initial impressions were good, they were comfortable and improved the audio experience.

About 2 weeks ago, after 8 months of careful use (cleaning with leather cleaner once a month), the 'leather' began to peel off the earpads, just like any other cheap fake leather. Brainwavz claims a one year warranty, but rejected my claim based on 'usage', and then referred me to a website on leather care, which comically described why fake/bonded leather peels- the exact problems I was experiencing.

They're selling a fraudulent product. These earpads are not leather. Extremely disappointed.

It is difficult to believe these are $100 headphones. When you put these on they feel like a serious piece of kit ready to do business. The neutral sound is so clear and fresh you will immediately pick up differences in music you thought you were familiar with. And if you like a touch of EQ the HM5s punch the bass through effortlessly and cleanly, without any boom or muddying and the top end remains crisp and sharp. I run my HM5s through the Fiio M11 Plus and for a set of cans in this price bracket they are unbelievably good!!

I wish I had read some of the reviews before buying. The stuff they sell is imported DIRECTLY from china! That means 29 days of delivery time plus i had to pay customs for 50% of the value o the item! A big NO for me

Was told 'your order is on the way' 13 Sep 2021, still no delivery to Ireland. Have said goodbye to my money. Avoid.

Sendet nicht aus EU wie angegeben, habe knapp €10 Zoll und €6 DHL Einfuhrpauschale zahlen müssen. Da hätt ich mir dann auch originale Ohrpolster holen können. Habe mir für meine Sony MDR-7506 Ersatz Ohrpolster bestellt. 2x Schafleder und 1x Micro Suede. Die Polster Passen, sind allerdings etwas schmaler als die Originalen. Die Verarbeitung ist gut und Sie sitzen auch angenehm am Kopf. Also bei der Qualität könnte man sagen das es gut ist wenn dann das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis stimmen würde. Durch den Zoll und die ominöse Einfuhrpauschele seitens DHL trifft das allerdings nicht zu. Man sollte es sich genau überlegen ob man bei diesem Händler etwas bestellt.

Item supposedly left Hong Kong at start of August and still has not arrived (it's November). Customer service tell me to be patient because of Covid/supply issues but I don't believe it will ever arrive. Have been told that they cannot refund the cost. Wish I'd never ordered from them.

Two months after my order still haven't recieved my order in Europe.

Item not as advertised at all - products are cheap 3d prints of terrible quality. When I asked to return product, I was asked to return item to Honk Kong for inspection first. Postage is of course, the same price as the item. Convenient. Avoid. Do not buy from this business - it's a scam

Brainwavz have an horrific logistical arrangement for their delivery via Amazon; even when ordered directly from Brainwavz, they arrange distribution from Amazon for European orders. In my case, I ordered replacement earpads from Brainwavz over 2 weeks ago; I received an email from Brainwavz confirming my order would be delivered by Royalmail, expected 5 days later. I contacted Brainwavz a week after expected delivery to be told the order was being delivered via Amazon. Brainwavz need to wait a further 2 weeks before they can raise a ticket with Amazon to chase up an order. So if you need something from Brainwavz, be aware and plan well ahead!

Great selection, good prices, good quality. The trifecta of shopping bliss! Good company to deal with all around, highly recommended!

Product is good but u should really adapt Pricing and produce in India and expand your product range from headphone oriented business to gaming peripherals and gadgets customization stuff like dskin.

I placed a small order with Brainwavz audio for some headphone covers, which didn't arrive. They sent it via Amazon logistics who send lots of stuff to my house, but for some reason this one never arrived although the tracking status changed to delivered. Because of the status they are refusing to re-deliver or refund. While I don't doubt they sent it and someone no doubt has a set of headphone covers (which are probably useless to them), Brainwavz has my £18 and I have nothing. They are point blank refusing to do anything, in breach of UK consumer rights law. Don't deal with this crap company, or risk losing your money if your delivery gets lost.

Always a pleasure dealing with brainwavz! I recommend their products confidently and thoroughly enjoy using my various Bwavz electronics

Freight delays due to Covid. June order not received into Sept so a little anxious. Brainwavz team reassured me , great support. Finally arrived on the weekend.

Fr ATH M50X. Night & day in regards to comfort. The stock pads would hurt & heat up in less than an hour, w the BW pads— I would actually fall asleep with them on.

Regarding sound signature (ATH M50X), w the BW pads- u gain a good amount of soundstage but lose a bit of bass. Nothing any EQ couldn’t fix.

& for the people complaining about them changing the sound characteristics of the (any) headphones- be realistic; these pads are $20 & have a universal fit, what more r u going to expect?

High end HPs ($3-5K) that offer changeable pads specifically says the acoustics WILL change when replacing. Don’t expect it won’t, if you cant accept that then u best opt for new headphones that will satisfy u better. It’s $20, get it or don't— but pleassse curb your expectations as some of these reviews r silly & a bit ignorant.

I bought HM5 Headphones last year based on the fact that I have HM2 before that. I already knew that the sound quality of the product is very good i.e balanced in every way. I trust the brand even though it's not popular in India. It takes one to know one. I invested my money on HM2 just to try a different product didn't know about the outcome & it changed my whole listening experience altogether.

Truly amazing & will look to buy some amazing products in the future.

I saw some positive youtube reviews and ordered the Brainwavz GEL Gaming Earpads XL Micro Suede.

Ordering process was easy from their great website.
It took a while to get my order, but thats fine.

Problem is that the cooling gel and foam part were glued all wrong together and i had one disformed earpad. So the part connecting to my ear is not straight. As a result it doesnt cover an ear correctly, meaning sound escapes and loosing sound quality (apart from looking aweful).

I contacted brainwavz support and after sending photos they send a new set. That took a while again to arrive. To bad i had to pay import costs for a guarantee product (Europe).

But to my surpriced both just received earpads were disformed as well…

Delivery was a long wait and the product is cheap crap. I bought replacement ear covers for my steel series headset and the ones that arrived were garbage that wouldn't ever fit on a pair of steel series. £20 for shoddy ear covers. Absolutely disgusting! Don't buy from these!
