First Order
Got a call that my order would be delivered and received it within the hour, via their excellent driver. I cannot give five stars due to the awful website which continually crashes. I had been trying to order the gear for over a week. Please sort your website out. it really is appalling! Even as I am writing this review now the site won't open!

Thanks or the feedback Steve, our website is best described as a motorway with bank holiday traffic on at the moment and I am really sorry for the frustration it has obviously caused you, we are upgrading our platform in August which will improve the website performance all being well, thank you for bearing with it and getting an order in and the lovely comments about our team in Willand.

Great service that could have easily been excellent
Great timber, delivered to my home as promised.
Staff were great when contacted by phone, but there was a slight disconnect between the website and the branch as there was no delivery date provided until prompted.

Delivered short
If you measure a company by its response to problems, Bradfords is pretty poor. Delivery was short two items, reported within the specified timescale, but no action to correct the shortfall, despite calling and emailing the branch. Maybe as a casual customer, I don't matter to them. Not impressed - not got my full order or my money back!
