Great service that could have easily been excellent
Great timber, delivered to my home as promised.
Staff were great when contacted by phone, but there was a slight disconnect between the website and the branch as there was no delivery date provided until prompted.

Great customer service
This is the first time I have used Bradfords Building Supplies and I will certainly use them again. Excellent customer service, the delivery was prompt and the driver very helpful in dropping off the items.

Delivered short
If you measure a company by its response to problems, Bradfords is pretty poor. Delivery was short two items, reported within the specified timescale, but no action to correct the shortfall, despite calling and emailing the branch. Maybe as a casual customer, I don't matter to them. Not impressed - not got my full order or my money back!
