Good prices and excellent service. For a call with a delivery date for an order of shingle within minutes of placing the order and the delivery driver was lovely and very considerate about where he dropped the delivery. Thank you

Ordered on weekend to get good quickly. Website order said delivery would be Thursday. Called to find out and branch said Friday. Still hadn’t arrived so called again to be told Monday!
Branch rearranged deliveries so it arrived late Friday. Thanks for doing that.
Website “branch locator” couldn’t be found anywhere so had to use google to find out where local branch was.

Always have fantastic service at this…
Always have fantastic service at this Bradfords, always friendly and helpful, but unfortunately was let down today by the sarcasm and rudeness off Pete who served myself and my partner, with his attitude he should not be working at costumer services. I left feeling very uncomfortable.
This luckily was made up by the exceptional service from Bernie out in the yard. And I would like to pass my thanks on to him for his help.

Ordering, stock and delivery all good
Bradford had all the sizes of timber I needed, which meant that there won't be much waste. Their prices were very good.
Delivery was very quick after ordering online over-the-counter weekend.
The delivery driver was friendly and was able to place the delivery exactly where I wanted it. Thank you!

I ordered for delivery for one week later, the day before delivery I was called to say they didn't have the insulation I needed, after a few awkward phone calls they said they could deliver on the Monday so I had to call of the builder
