Delivery issues
Delivery issues. Original delivery date was for 1week after initial order due to bank holidays), and confirmed by email. Happy with that, no issues there. It wasn’t until i made contact with the store at 11:30 on the expected delivery day to find out an eta, it was apparent the goods were not only not going to be delivered, but also not in stock at the branch. Missed placed picked ticket was the excuse given. Unfortunately I had taken time off work, and employed a small team to help install the materials, costing me greatly. The branch was good at keeping in contact once the mistake had been identified, and agreed to arrange delivery for next day off, however this does not compensate for loss time and expense.

I ordered 2 large bags of gravel for my…
I ordered 2 large bags of gravel for my garden. I ordered 10 days before I needed it ...but they said it was to be delivered earlier....I rang and spoke to a young lady who then changed the date for delivery.
The gravel turned up on time on the day. Driver very helpful placing the bags where I needed them.
