Prompt delivery post-ordering
Prompt delivery post-ordering and decent delivery guy. I'd have given 5-stars but delivery price for an under 1-mile journey is too steep.

Easy to order online and good driver.
Easy to order online except did not understand delivery options buttons. Left it as free delivery by default but would have paid to select delivery time. Driver was great - very cooperative to place item in best location on drive.

Omdöme utan inbjudan
Svar från Bradfords - St Austell BBS
Good Morning
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us due to the incorrect opening times being shown on our website and online for the St Austell branch.
I apologise greatly for these issues and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
I will look into this further, and feed this back to the Branch concerned, to see what caused this to happen.
Kind Regards,
Sam
