Excellent shopping experience. Good communication. THe delivery service was extremly good, polite and friendly worker. I returned 4 items I did not require and met with a very freindly helpful, professional team at the Plympton Branch. A special thanks to Chelsea, excellent customer service.

Online service was fine
Online service was good, however the delivery was different story booked delivery date which was fine then early the next day got a call to say delivery driver was at home to make delivery a day early so nobody was home to accept the delivery. And when I check on our door bell our the driver had just left our order at the side of the road not even on our property don't find that acceptable.

Another great delivery.
More sand and slabs delivered today. As on previous occasions, there was good communication so I knew when the delivery would take place. Friendly, helpful and obliging driver placed the load exactly where I wanted. Excellent.

Website easy to navigate with good description of products. Customer service fabulous - called and asked if delivery could be placed in an elevated position near back gate - no problem.
Driver was happy to do the best he could to deliver on my request. All round a happy customer and a pleasure to do business with.

Bought timber posts and featheredge, good prices, informative website, friendly phonecall acknowledging order and delivery a couple of working days later. Very happy with the quality of the timber. Only slight niggle was when I tried to phone with a query no-one ever picked up the phone...must have been busy!
