Unfortunately Bradford's online..
Unfortunately Bradford's online platform has no idea what stock is in a branch and will happily allow orders that cannot be filled. I tried for 12 of 2.4m 25x50 par. Not possible. Further complicated when I tried to recover my payment after cancellation as I used PayPal. Be warned, good company, poor online presence.

Filled out click and collect online. Told I’d receive a confirmation email - got nothing so went in next day. Then told to go pick it up as usual and come back. Wasted a day.

Dear Will,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I am saddened to see that you have had such a poor experience with our click and collect service in branch.
I apologise that firstly, you did not receive an email confirmation of your order, and that your order was then not ready for you upon collection.
I will look into this further with the branch to find out what caused this issue.
Apologies again for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Kind Regards,
Charlotte

Thank you Bradfords
Bradfords have served me very well during this difficult year. They have provided and delivered goods on time which has allowed me to complete my building re-furbishment project. Without them this wouldn’t be the case. Thank you.👍

Ordered and paid for items on line for collection. Received acknowledgment and order number. Later the same day went to collect from Penzance store. No record of the transaction received on their system. Staff spent some time trying to resolve the problem, but failed to do so. I had proof on my mobile so was able to collect goods. System failure somewhere but staff very good and helpful.

5 Stars
Brilliant service as always - everyone in the yard and also the people behind the desk are always 100 per cent on it. You couldn't ask for more from a builders merchant.

First class service
The delivery was first rate. Unfortunately I was not at home when the goods arrived, the driver put the six 2.4m x 100mm x 200mm out of sight behind the house. Very many thanks.
