Grossly overpriced
I had ordered some guttering and associated fittings online, and as usual had not ordered quite enough. I went to my local Bradfords for four small items, and was charged £12.77. Had I ordered them with my main order, it would have come to £5.33. The staff were fine, service fine, but the price!! Is it any wonder everyone now shops online. I could reasonably expect to pay a bit more, but more than double.come on!

Excellent prices and service
Excellent prices. Ordering was very easy and was contacted by very helpful lady to discuss delivery options as delivery was going to be tricky. The driver was exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Big shout out to Bradleys Liskeard
Just want to say a big thank you to Bradleys Liskeard Branch. I wanted to purchase a sandstone patio circle and after looking online I called into Bradleys Liskeard and the nice chap (David?) on the desk couldnt be more helpful. Gave me a better price than anyone else and with free delivery. On delivery day I couldnt be present but without prompting the driver had the good sense to place the crate right next to my prepared area. Top marks all round.

Placed an internet order
Placed an internet order. No phone call from branch to acknowledge order or to confirm when delivery will be. Then get a text saying delivery will take place today when I am not in. I call to postpone it to the next day afternoon which the branch acknowledge. Then get a text the following day to say the delivery will be in the morning and not in the afternoon as confirmed the day before via the phone call. Organisation at liskeard branch has declined on my last 2 deliveries. Prior to that they were excellent.
