No nonsense
No nonsense, Ordered easily on line, delivered as they said they would. Only very slight criticism was there was no E mail confirmation of the order or when they were going to deliver. But actually it didn't matter because it got delivered..... however I think we get so used to having incessant e mails these days, that when we don't get them we think that there is something wrong. There wasn't at all. Good quality product, great value, will definitely be using Bradfords again

V happy with service, all very efficient. Easy to order. Contacted to arrange delivery. Delivered when we were out but stacked out of the way so could still get cars in the drive. Would definitely use again.

V helpful staff at Bradfords Ledbury…
V helpful staff at Bradfords Ledbury but misleading sign outside saying to remain in car until approached. I walked into store and was helped immediately. Helpful man in yard who sorted out my order immediately. Web order v confusing: said on website that order should be ready at Ledbury within 2 hours. It wasn't, but as soon as I called in person it was sorted out by local staff.
