Prompt efficient delivery of exactly what I ordered. driver was very efficient and even asked if the order was right ( colour of the sand) before he offloaded it in case he had to take it back.

Efficient admin and polite admin at point of order.
Prompt and efficient delivery with advance notice by text way ahead of delivery time and just prior to.
Polite driver and accurate delivery to a small space. No fuss and no mess. Aware of safety issues, traffic outside our home and people walking by. As always very impressed.

Topsoil Ordered online, great service
I ordered Topsoil online, received a call to confirm a delivery date. The later a text all went smoothly Call just before arriving so I could meet to give drop off instructions, driver very helpful and put where requested. One bag was missing, called the office, quickly explained that there was a supply issue, but located some at an alternative branch that had just arrived that day, arranged for it to be delivered the following day when I was doing the work, delivery also went well and they were again very accomodating.
