Ilminster Bradford’s
Visited our local Bradfords in Ilminster today. Had a great experience from one of their employees, Brad. He gave us exceptional customer service and was very knowledgeable about the items we were enquiring about.
Bradfords are very fortunate to have such an enthusiastic informed member of staff.

Great Service Despite Computers being Down.
I arrived at the Ilminster branch to find their computers were Down. I explained that i needed my order that day. Luckily i had proof of my online order and the payment on my phone. So they were happy to allow me to take the order and would put it through the computer when they were working again. So that was great service from the guys at the ilminster branch despite the problems they were experiencing. Thanks again guys for your help. Kind regards Martin

Bradfords in Ilminster provides a convenient shopping experience with helpful staff and a well-organized ordering system. The delivery service, especially by driver Ben, is professional and courteous. Products are competitively priced, and follow-up service is consistent, although finding the yardman can be a bit of a challenge. Overall, a solid experience with room for improvement.

Different and rusty
I had to travel to a remote branch to pick up the Click and Collect trestles. When I got to the store the staff could not provide me with the goods. I was asked to check in the yard. The yard staff couldn’t help either - I was asked to check in the hire store. They could not find my order on the computer but they agreed to provide the goods as I had proof of purchase. The trestles has been stored outside and some were rusty. I ordered two different sizes, which was ok, but the smaller size was a different type with different fixings. The staff were all ok to deal with but the Click and Collect system was clearly not properly implemented.

Good Morning Frank
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us due to the issuers with your tool hire click and collect.
I apologise greatly for these issues and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
I will look into this further, and feed this back to the Branch concerned, to see what caused this to happen.
Kind Regards,
Sam
A problem well communicated,
Very easy to find the product I was after, also to place my order.
4/5 due to an issue with the delivery, but this was communicated well by the team when the issue was known.
The delivery was made a few days later without any further problems - a weekend getting in the way!
I certainly wouldn’t hesitate in placing further orders if required.
