Can't fault the service
Can't fault the service. I put in my order on line. Had a phone call within half an hour to arrange a delivery date. Order arrived when promised and in good condition.

Great local service
Ordered online and items delivered in two days. One item was out of stock but they called in advance to check if we preferred the rest to come straight away or await the entire order until that item was available. Friendly and efficient driver

Very impressed with the quality of service. Phone calls from Bradford's staff to tell me my order was ready for collection.
And when I ordered for delivery (on another occasion) they called to explain a short delay due to awaiting new stock.

Doors excellent, customer service needs work.
Doors excellent. The stated delivery time came and went. Had to chase up several times. Promised by customer services that the doors could be delivered into garage. When the delivery arrived the driver who was on his own said it was kerbside drop only. If he hadn't taken pity on my 5 feet tall wife, and helped her to carry them into the garage, they would have been left by the road all day. In future, please do not promise what can't be delivered! Thank you to the very kind delivery driver.
