Excellent for small diy projects.
Small order for small diy project but delivered next working day from nearest branch. Good quality products at reasonable prices with free local delivery. Actual online product not stocked at local branch but an early call offering upgrade at the original price was more than acceptable.

Not just for Trades People
As a DIYer I was unsure about Bradfords but they couldn’t have been more helpful. Then they called to arrange a convenient delivery time the delivery driver dropped off the sleepers perfectly positioned.
All in all just great.

Great service from a customer oriented team
It is a pleasure to deal with the Exmouth branch and for the few items I have purchased over years I have dealt with friendly, obliging and helpful staff. That is being a member of the public rather than a trades person.
I often have deliveries which are carried out by competent friendly drivers.

First time i've used Bradfords and I…
First time i've used Bradfords and I found it pretty poor, I stood in the exmouth branch for a good 10 minutes while several staff milled about and ignored me. To add insult to injury i picked up a puncture inthe car park from disgarded screws. £55 for a new tyre. The online ordering is no where near as smooth or user friends as screwfix or travis perkins.
I am a slef employed property devolper so use lots fo suppliers, most are really great, think Bradfords need to up their game

I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us.
Having looked into this I can see that your goods were reported as delivered next day to a neighbour by DPD.
But this was not the case when you attempted to retrieve your goods.
The order has since been resent and is due for delivery to you today.
I apologise greatly for this experience and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
If you would like to discuss this further, please contact me at ecommerce@bradfords.co.uk
Kind Regards,
Charlotte
