Bradfords - Evercreech BBS Omdömen

Small value ‘click and collect’ order. Very smoothly executed by helpful friendly Bradfords staff.

I ordered sharp sand and kiln dried sand online and paid up front. Both items were apparently in stock. When a day or so later I had heard nothing further I telephoned and was told items were ready for collection. On arrival was told that kiln dried sand was out of stock and delivery date unknown. I said website indicated it was in stock. Then told website always indicated items were in stock. Cannot understand logic of this except that I now have a credit with Bradfords and have no idea when item will be back in stock. This happened a few weeks ago. Not impressed and I think this is a sloppy approach to customer service.

Order, delivered on the day they said they would. Will definitely be using again.

5 stars, they couldn't be more helpful even if they wanted to.
Will come back every time I need.
Well done Bradfords time!

Delivery was within a few days of on-line order. Good service

Excellent service. Very happy with the ordering, delivery and quality of the garden shed I purchased online. Would use them again and recommend them to others.

Quick, professional. Great price. Driver very helpful proactive happy attitude

Hats off to the cool of the delivery driver from the Southwoods, Shepton M Bradfords ( sorry, I didn’t get your name). Despite the abuses from our “regularly shouting uncouth neighbour” and the non cooperative crane to unload, he maintained his lovely smile and reassured me that it’s all ok, really?? There’s a horrid man shouting at you!
Thank you so much, really appreciate it.
The shingles are not bad either.

Good product and price. Click and collect pointless, waited ages, then had to wait longer for a paper receipt even though I had paid online. Then I was rung later to say the order was ready even though I had laid the slabs and hour earlier.

Easy to choose product and order on line at reasonable price. Good communication about delivery. Did not make the time slot advised by text, but really pleasant driver and delivered with no drama.

Great service as always. Friendly, helpful staff and delivery drivers. Will use again.

Great service from Bradfords yet again, easy to order good communications and delivered on time.

They pulled out the stops and got my delivery to me exactly on time. The delivery/crane driver made I’d not only great at his job but also a really nice chap.

Amazing customer service from the gents at Evercreech, they went above and beyond what we expected and in return we will be purchasing more from them when we could get things closer to home, as the customer service experience was second to none.

Excellent service and delivery. Would use again.

Easy to order online and at a reasonable price. Assisted at the site and permitted to cut to size for transportation. Excellent and friendly service.

Fast and great delivery. Easy to order..........................easy to pay!

The service was polite and pleasant, but the process seemed very clunky for click and collect.

Couldn't be more helpful, very professional.
Excellent customer service, would definitely use again.
