Worth more than 5 stars
After making an online purchase, I realised that I needed additional items and called the store, who were very attentive to my needs. The delivery had to be changed to earlier in the day and as I was not at home they left the items on the driveway without bother. The driver even left a little hand written note thanking us for our purchase. I have to say it was a delight dealing with Bradford's and will definitely be using them in the future.

5* as always
Easy to find what I needed on the website at a reasonable price. Soon after I had placed my order online I recieved a voicemail stating that my delivery would be in a couple days and recieved information on the day via sms of an expected delivery time. Unfortunately I wasn't in at the time the driver arrived buy left instructions of where to leave my order which the driver followed.
As always, a pleasant and hassle free experience as I was kept updated right from ordering online right up to delivery. I have never had a problem with Bradfords so I certainly recommend them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us due to your delivery expectations not being met.
Looking at your order and when it was placed it falls well within our 2-3 working day delivery lead time shown on the website for the products you purchased.
If there are any ways we could have improved the experience and service for you please let us know at customerservice@bradfords.co.uk
