Ordered, payment taken promptly, chased up for delivery news 9 days later to be told the item could not be supplied (garden shed).
Refund will take time to process...
They should have checked stock / supply before taking the order, and kept me better informed.

Useful and robust website
Bradford's in Bude are very friendly and helpful.
The website is industry leading, better than the nationals.
It is very convenient to know what you want is in stock ready to be delivered and to know the price when you order.
It saves time to be able to order materials out of business hours.

Excellent service from the Bude Branch
Excellent service from the Bude Branch, spoke to them on telephone as placed two orders in the end to link the two together. Some items were not in stock at the time of my order, but they got more stocks in to be able to accommodate my order. Delivery Driver was also very friendly and helpful by putting items in correct place onto my path with crane on vehicle.

my order was delivered a day later than promised and one part of the order was smashed for which I am still waiting to be credited however the company were quick to inform me of the problems and did their best to put things right
