After a small manufacturing defect on my order, a replacement was sent immediately and I received it the following day. Fantastic customer service and the product has made a huge change to the level at which I can excercise after I tore the meniscus in my knee.

Excellent service. I highly recommend using Brace Yourself. I ordered 2 Genu Train S knee braces, which arrived in a timely manner. After I found out that one of the braces was stretched, I contacted the company via email and received the response immediately. Jeff was most helpful supplying an arm sling for my wife after the hospital gave her the wrong size. This latest design of the same hospital issue, has a broader neck strap and is far more comfortable.

I highly rate businesses that have truly good customer service when there’s an issue, and the service from Jeff at Brace Yourself was the best I’ve ever had in all my years (over 50).
He responded to my email within the hour, kept me informed about what would be next while he contacted the maker of the item (Sissel Sitfit) and quickly contacted me again to inform me a replacement was being dispatched immediately to arrive the next day.
He kept me abreast of the delivery progress and checked that it had arrived in good order.
Every one of his emails was a delight - which is a rare thing when sorting things out these days. His level of service is a credit to the business, it’s wonderful to deal with someone that responds as a human being who cares.
This, along with a good product, is what builds strong loyalty to a business. I have recommended them multiple times now and will continue to do so.

Amazing customer service! Having been let down by the manufacturer, Bauerfeind, I called Brace-Yourself at 2:30 and the knee support was delivered at 10:30 the next morning. The gentleman was very helpful on the 'phone when I explained the trouble I was having with Bauerfeind, he checked the item was on the shelf and I received notification of despatch within 10 mins of placing the order online. We can't thank Jeff enough for his exemplary support with our GenuTrain knee brace order. We had just two weeks to go before a holiday to the Orlando theme parks, so the brace was vital. Although out-of-stock, Jeff monitored the delivery from the manufacturer in Germany and kept us informed every step of the way. When he was let down by the UK distributor, he arranged a next day delivery to Brace-Yourself and an immediate turn-around with another next day delivery to arrive here in the nick of time. Jeff certainly went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we had the brace in time. We would not hesitate to use this company again. A real pleasure to deal with.

Incrediwear Knee Sleeve
I am a 61 year-old in initial training for a half marathon. My right knee has become swollen and limited in movement. The Incrediwear Knee Sleeve feels very comfortable and supportive and has dramatically reduced the swelling.

Fast delivery after order, unfortunately I had chosen the wrong size for me, very happy with the quality of the product though. I returned but there was a delay with the delivery which customer services sorted out immediately and my refund was immediate. I wish more suppliers could be of such high standard! I bought the Bauerfeind SacroLoc about…
I bought the Bauerfeind SacroLoc about 2 weeks ago and it is the best decision I have ever made. I have been suffering with a really bad lower back for about 2 years. The last 6 months has been horrendous. Fully dropping to my knees going up stairs in a busy train station was the real lowlight. Everyone crowded around me asking if I was ok. I couldn't even get up to walk away to somewhere quieter. Really if I stay on my feet for more than an hour I was asking for trouble. But not doing anything sitting around also makes it worse.
So, I started seeing 2 physios after that. Both pointed towards the sacrum being the issue. Both physios started by strengthening exercises around the area which was ok. Then one physio got me doing lunges and squats which brought back the crazy drop to my knees feeling.
So I took their advice on board but decided to trust myself more. If it feels wrong, its wrong. No more lunges, no more twist stretches. I need stability.
I bought the Bauerfeind SacroLoc and wore it for one day. Oh my god. It was the 1st day I haven't been wincing in pain after every quick movement or a dull ache after being on my feet for an hour or so for ages. But I said to myself whats the point. Its just doing everything for me. As soon as I stop wearing it the problem will come back. So the next day I did without it and lasted until lunchtime until I even noticed my back. Then yeah I did have to put it on. But that was a damn successful 1st use. My work colleagues have seen the difference even. I am noticeably happier and contributing a lot more.
Now I wear it all day at work as I don't see any negatives from wearing it. Its not like it makes be weaker like a sling for a broken arm or a cast for a leg. My back is still very active, but I think It calms down the hyper-mobile sacrum. I probably ripped/strained something picking up my dropped motorbike is my best guess. But I am finally on the road to recovery!
I think with this in conjunction with doing my stretches and pelvic raises with bands might actually fix this for good.
Whoever reads this I hope it was some use. It's so hard to figure out what works and what doesn't. Even with expert advice its still tricky. Two physios often give conflicting advice.
My advice. Buy this sooner than later. It is expensive but it is leaps and bounds better than the competition. Most alternatives don't have the additional semi rigid pads applying pressure to the sacrum. When you really lean over this this one it applys more pressure on the exact point its required. The other £30-50 ones on amazon feel good until you really need the support and they cant give enough.
I can't give enough praise. Amazing product, amazing company with 10/10 customer service. I had a few questions which they responded to amazingly.

I ordered a Genutrain 3 knee support as I am recovering from a broken leg and a grade 3 MCL tear. Have been in a big hinged brace and wanted something less bulky. The knee support is awesome, but more so than that the company were so helpful. Initially it said 3-5 business days for delivery, but as soon as I did the order I messaged them to ask if they could send it asap. They responded immediately and sent it that day next day delivery. Best customer service!

ViscoHeel K in 2 sizes one was perfect other bit to big so returned for hassle free refund great coms throughout. I was also happy to pay a bit more for this product from a UK stockist/supplier has delivery and returns for stuff like this form EU is not worth the agg for extra few pounds.
