Beaucoup de frais caché, se permettent de débiter sans accord et pour se faire rembourser derrière c'est une galère sans nom, avec des réponses du genre attendez 3 mois alors qu'ils vous volent votre l'argent.
Le courrier sera transféré, mais a quel prix ?
De plus ils se permettent d'être insultant lorsque l'on les contactes !

BPM doesn't stop making improper charges.
They will ship your parcel, without any care though.
But try to stop then charging you, even months after you keep asking, every month, for then to close your account.

My first experience using this service has been extremely disappointing. An item of mail was dispatched with tracking, which confirms that it was delivered to the BPM address provided on the 1st April, but to date I have received no notification of its' recipt in my virtual mailbox.
Assuming that the Easter holiday might have entailed some delay I refrained from making contact for a while, but growing frustrated I did approach BPM and provided them with the details I had. Since then I have had no further response.
Obviously its highly concerning that a company that claims to safely store mail might mislay a tracked item and since it was tracked I cannot approach the original sender, as they've have fulfilled their obligation. Given my subscription over several months, this has proved an expensive mistake and I wish I'd done a little more research before signing up.
UPDATE: Several weeks after posting this, and my item remains missing. BPM have been unable to provide any explanation as to how this could have occured. My conclusion is that they do not have the ability to securely receive and safely store mail across their multiple facilities, and therefore are to be avoided.
(Since the tracking clearly shows the date and time of delivery, I'm inclined to agree with the sender that BPM did receive the item, and that it's with them that responsibility rests.)

I can't cancel my account
Hello, The management of the packages is very good but now after 3 months of subscription I want to close my account and there is an option, I cannot cancel it, I already sent 3 emails and I have no response.

horrible hidden fees, agree with negative comments they charged me 29 euros for negative credit without previous notifification!! i paid always everything and extra fees for their service. i am planning to leave them and look for a different service. this is horrible , they are charge everything
(negative amounts, custom fees +high handling fees for processing customs things :(

No options to close the account
It is really frustrating to see how the company tricks you and do not include an option to close the account in your personal area menu. I was happy with the service but when you see that they play with you like this, you just don´t want to use again their services ....

Great Experience!
First time doing business with Bpm Lux and I'm pleasantly surprised! Had a package sent over to the address provided by them and they shipped it to me the next day they received it. They repackaged it as I requested as well. I'm extremely satisfied with the service.

I am a new customer at BPM and at the moment I am very satisfied with it. I have already received a few packages.
The PackUp service of the post office is good but it can only be used with a few foreign post offices like DHL (the German post office or the Belgian post office), the others deliver with a courier (for example DPD for the French post office). And, of course, delivery by courier does not work with the Packup service. As I hate that my parcels are lying around in the lobby of my building, I thank BPM very much. It's a bit more expensive but what a peace of mind!

Après avoir lu tous les avis sur ce site j’ai eu beaucoup de mal à me lancer mais comme il n’y a qu’eux qui ont une adresse en Belgique j’ai quand même franchi le pas. J’ai commandé sur Lidl.be et je suis donc passé par bpm lux pour me faire livrer (un poste à souder d’une valeur de 150€) Concernant la livraison et les informations de suivi j’ai été très satisfait. Bpm est réactif. Concernant les tarifs je n’ai pas eu de mauvaises surprises ce qui était écrit sur leur site correspondait à la somme qu’ils m’ont demandé. Concernant le service après vente ou le contact de bpm j’ai été très déçu. On ne peut pas les contacter par téléphone. Quand on écrit sur leur site dans contact on a rarement une réponse (1 réponse sur 4 mails envoyés). Je leur avais écrit pour résilier sur leur site je n’ai jamais eu de réponse par contre ils m’ont répondu lorsque je leur ai écrit sur leur boîte mail et c’est comme ça que j’ai pu résilier. Dans l’ensemble je suis très satisfait de leur prestation et les recommandé.

There is no way to close the account with BPM. No link on the website. I contacted them 5 times using the online contact form, and they haven't responded once. I contacted them on Facebook, and they just tell you to use the contact form online, which is not responding at all. So they are still taking my monthly payments and there is no way to cancel it. Awful company. Avoid at all costs!

I needed to buy an item that the shop was not able to send to my country. I found BPM Lux and they made the proccess easy and smooth! With very great pricing as well! (I was actually pleasantly surprised when I had to pay for shipping even with insurance) - based on my experience with other reship companies - somehow I expected that to be way higher, so GREAT JOB ON THIS!!!!! When I will need to use this kind of service once again, this is my way to go!

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec BPM-Lux. Au départ je voulais juste pouvoir tester le service entre l'Espagne et la France, mais pour ça il faut alimenter le compte avec des euros. Ils vous débitent ensuite 5€ à tous les mois même si vous n'utilisez pas le service. Lorsque l'on veut récupérer les euros que l'on a créditer sur le compte, ça prend du temps et c'est compliqué. Ils en profitent donc pour vous ponctionner encore 5€ pendant deux à trois mois. Bref, ça fait cher, y'a des services bien mieux et moins chers.

Better than expected
I signed up for an account on a Friday evening hoping it would be available on the same day, only to discover in the Terms of Service that the verification documents was a manual process that could only be completed on the following business day, a Monday. So much for my weekend shopping or so I thought...
To my complete surprise, my account was working in no time. I woke up on Saturday. BPM had answered my support request, verified the documents and I was good to go.
I cannot speak to the other features of the service. This is about my experience with account activation.
To put it in perspective: I happen to be one of the very first customers; the original BPM went bust on me, but at least they hat the decency to hand over my parcels to a local logistics service. It took some fighting on my part to get my stuff, but in the end, all was well. I don't blame BPM. The logistics contractor was giving everyone a hard time (they apparently tried to take advantage of the situation).
