I made a size mistake with a recent order and they were very helpful, responded quickly and cancelled my order so I could then reorder the correct size.

Standard shipping is WAY TOO LONG.
The message is a brilliant idea, love the hoodie design, quality is average (I've ordered a hoodie before) but it's for the cause. and standard delivery time takes WAY TOO LONG. standard delivery is 3-5 days I'm now on the 4th day and my hoodie hasn't even been shipped yet. This needs to be addressed.

I like the message, which is why I decided to purchase.
Took a long time to arrive as the hoodie was on pre order.
When they arrived they look as expected but I’m not entirely convinced on how good quality the products are.
It was also pretty annoying to be hounded by constant email marketing trying to get me to buy more when I hadn’t even received the first order.

Excellent product and service. Honestly, I had not heard about you, though, I am now pleased that I do. I needed to purchasing a hoodie for my adult son, for Christmas and he’d stated where it was to come from.

I’ve wanted one of these hoodies for a while as I think it’s an amazing cause to support.
HOWEVER, I contacted them asking for a tracking number for my order as I couldn’t find it online and the dispatch email didn’t have it on there either. I received a response from a customer service rep stating I would’ve received an email from Royal Mail with the number on it and Boys get sad to don’t have the tracking number.
I never received any email from Royal Mail.
How can a company not have tracking numbers for their orders sent out?
I downloaded the tracking app that was on Boys get sad too email (think it was called “shop”) and that is showing as my order is still “ preparing for shipment”.
I contacted customer service again, but no response.
I think it’s safe to say I won’t be receiving my order, £45 down the drain

Incredibly poor customer service
I purchased a hoodie, when it arrived it had a stain on it. Photos were taken and an email was sent straight away to the customer service team, to which a reply was received straight away to confirm that the product was not satisfactory and was told to return the product for a full refund (a replacement was not given as an option). However, when trying to return the item the customer service team became very difficult getting further replies with return details. When the product was returned in the (exact same state it was when I originally received it) there was still no contact from the company. After countless attempts at getting a response an email was sent stating a refund would not be issued due to the product soiled (the same reason it was returned)
Overall incredibly poor customer service. It appears company started with good intentions have now changed to simply want your money and not care.

Starting with the positive, the Hoodie design is great and the quality feels ok. The fact that part of the payment goes to a charity is a bonus too.
My main issue is the packaging was terrible. The parcel bag was too small for the item which resulted in it tearing before delivery. The post man left it on the doorstep torn. The hoodie then got wet.
I also had a very long wait for the item. I knew I had ordered a pre-order item but when purchasing, the item stated dispatch would be the end of the month..This date passed with no update. Then a week later I received an email stating dispatch had been delayed by 2 weeks and due to a back log it may take longer to receive the order.
Ok, but a bit of a disconnect
Product was good and punctual shipping. Customer service is a poor AI bot, which is skippable but given the mental health message the product is sold on, some of the marketing and response isn't the strongest
Quality clothing and service with an important message
Excellent quality hoodies and t-shirts which are fun and attractive, but more importantly they raise awareness of something which affects so many: difficulties with managing mental health. A great initiative which aims to help so many. Also, great service and fast delivery!

Love the jumper
Love the jumper and the design. My only issue is one of the cords wasn’t tied so one is slightly fraid compared to the other and it looks silly. No idea how to resolve this or even worth contacting so just left it as it is.
